Paulco
nope all will be there why not give Mitchell Davey a shot He's had a previous 4 point PL average , so we wont go down the manipulating the rule road
Statman
As it's a NL guest we'll have to use , we could do worse than give that lad Shuttleworth a chance Too late Paul...he's already booked to ride for Somerset at Rye House on Sunday.....

damosuzuki
All declared #7's should be guest eligible if their average is <= 1 point above your injured #7. NL guests should be #8. Look how many matches decided on the reserves this season.

Mr Blobby
Hope that the Monarchs fans think twice before saying stuff like "Oh Aye, we're going to Berwick to watch the tigers get pumped" because your boys should be in for a real shock this Sunday, after using Guests and R/R for a while the tigers are back to full strength and any team should be worried about racing us! Aye I'm sure every team in the league is bricking it.

Pogo1
Glasgow contacted the bspa today to ask if Mitchell Davey could take Danny Ayres place on Sunday, the answer they received was no, Mitchell Davey is not eligible to race as a guest for a NL 3 pointer in the PL. Clearly one rule for one club and one for an other.

Clearly one rule for one club and one for an other. Surely Glasgow have to take this further?! Having re-read the BSPA notice, if Glasgow turn up on Sunday with Greg Hancock as reserve, as long as the referee agrees he can ride, then there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it and that is why Edinburgh were able to use Mitchell Davey and we can't. SharpenRake
Danny Ayres has a 3.74 average,Bewley is still on an assessed 3pt average. Pogo1's point is that Mitchell Davey rode for Monarchs in place of Bewley but can't ride for Tigers in place of Ayres and you point out that Ayres average is higher than Bewley, so why can't he ride???? Life's a bitch. Seriously??? Hopefully it'll come back and bite you on the bum
Solidmango
The BSPA statement said 'the referee agreed he (Davey) could ride and therefore there is no right of appeal. Complete farce!!

damosuzuki
Ignorance of the rules is no defence, except if you are a referee. This will hopefully be a good meeting. Lunna at reserve gives us a bit of a boost. Bewley will not be free scoring like he has been in the last couple of meetings but he will certainly take the advantage.TBH I Expect an even slower start than usual, but if Bach continues as he has been and Lunna / Garcia get in the middle of the points I believe we can hit 20. Definately need a big win to take to Armadale if we are to progress because it is only going to get tougher over there. Fisher is a dark horse as well. Probably the biggest meeting of the season so far.
Mr Blobby
Doesn't really matter who you have at reserve, not as if we're actually going to win.

Paulco
Just adds fuel to the flame , let's go out and put the tie to bed on Sunday and make the second leg irrelevant . No point getting into the rights and wrongs of the Mitchell Davey thing , Edinburgh got away with it at Scunthorpe , the BSPA have obviously decided that the manipulation wont happen again .
