sharpandroid
Chris Harris is 15th in the WORLD Championship, that's not at the back, he's in front of thousands of others.

mdmc82
Chris Harris is 15th in the WORLD Championship, that's not at the back, he's in front of thousands of others. Well said. If we are talking about Chris Harris as a rider then I think he is a brilliant one. Forget the GPs as that's just one competition (that said, he made the final recently & a lot of other riders didn't even qualify for this year's GP) As a league rider he would always be first on my teamsheet. I have the pleasure of watching him race at Brandon and pull off some of the best last to first moves round the outside. He always gives 100% for my club but also for all those clubs he guests for. How many riders will guest at short notice and put in the same effort as if it's his own team. He's the highest averaged British rider in the EL He has been amazing in the world cups and rides with a passion for his country. All in all, he's a damn good rider 🐝🇬🇧👍🏻 Edited July 10, 2016 by mdmc82

Odds On
Bomber has been a great ambassador for both the sport and his Country, how many other riders could we say the same about.

Agree with both statements but it counts for nothing with what's happening right now. No time for sentiment, Harris out
Ommer Mon
I've always liked Chris - Ever since he rode for Club CH in a Challenge match at St Austell. 100% effort every time and who will ever forget his performance at Poole to win the League for the Bees.. I have to say I have been a bit puzzled as to why the still bothers with the GPs. It probably costs him money to do them. We're all entitled to our dreams though and he was really good in the one before Cardiff.
The White Knight
The only thing I am struggling to understand is - how can he be so poor in this year's British GP when he actually won it once. Same Stadium, Same Temporary Track - beats me. Is he still messing about with different engines?

I have to say I have been a bit puzzled as to why the still bothers with the GPs. It probably costs him money to do them. We're all entitled to our dreams though and he was really good in the one before Cardiff. I was thinking 'why he is still riding the GP's' last night but if i had that opportunity to experience being part of that event (I haven't as i am a Professional Golfer!) as a competitor i certainly wouldn't pass it up. Yes he was probably very frustrated at his lack of points but getting the reaction from the fans on the parade and being able to line up at the tapes in the biggest meeting of the year must be a great feeling/buzz. Why wouldn't he want to do it?
Agrotron
Harris is quality qualifies for the GP and everyone harps on about he shouldn't be in it but he earns his GP place fair and square, in the league he always puts in 100% and is a rider with style riding the boards if I was a team manager he would be a rider I would sign in a heartbeat always gives 100% when booked as a guest as well and takes last minute bookings. I have met Chris lovely bloke always time for his fans and is a fantastic ambassador to the sport always has the right attitude compared to that other so called brit that can't even stand through a national anthem without being a complete prat. New Science
The only thing I am struggling to understand is - how can he be so poor in this year's British GP when he actually won it once. Same Stadium, Same Temporary Track - beats me. Is he still messing about with different engines? Chris has suffered in the World Championship since 2011 when the new silencers came in, and the track he rode last night was nothing like the one he won on in 2007

theflyingkiwi
I'd rather be last in the World Championship, than a w*nker starting meaningless threads.
mdmc82
Maybe we should have a thread on the point of Pete CC and his pointless posts. 😉 I think it's sad and desperate creating a post aimed at slagging off a rider based on one competition. I can't seem to find your topic named after other riders who are also struggling in it so far this year & out the top 8. 👎🏻
