Anyone know the rules, is the guest facility still there now Lindgren is riding?

surely you cant just cancel a guest on the day of the meeting through no fault of your own?? A few days ago maybe but not when its all sanctioned and in place... Saying that anything is possible in speedway.

Surely now that Lindgren has been cleared to race tonight and with a guest in for Rose, Im sure the rules state it has to be R/R as Lambert is injured. If he was racing tonight for KL then I could understand but as hes not, surely thats not allowed?

Hoping scunny have a good one tonight and we can get through to the next round!

Surely, Robert would not be available tonight if he was fit as his parent club would have priority so the fact he is injured has no relevence.

It does in the rules. If he's riding for KL's in a guest is allowed but as he's not and out Injured R/R is the only option

As R Worrall is guesting for the injured R Lambert then Scunthorpe should be allowed a track specialist guest for the injured S Davies

So if lambert was fit but broke down on the way to KL meeting tonight a d missed it...should the guest booking of worrall not be sanctioned??

It's hardly fair to expect Scunthorpe to run with r/r while Newcastle are allowed to bring in a track specialist guest for the same reasons is it,Lambert is out injured the same as is Davies so equality should prevail. I don't think of this as a biased opinion as I don't support Scunthorpe Nothing to do with Lambert breaking down en route that's just if's and but's . he's out injured .

you're a fine one to be talking about fair play, equality, rules etc given the club you support :)

Good to see Lewi Kerr riding well after ditching Revolution.

what would happen if say on a bank holiday Monday, Newcastle were at Scunthorpe at 3pm and Kings Lynn at Poole for a sky match at 7:30.. We had Richie as a guest and at 2:59 Lambert pulls out injured :-)

And yet again we have to ride a match without our number one as Belle Vue at Swindon when we due at Sheffield for 2nd leg of quarter final

The correct decision was taken, not too fussed on your opinion about my club, it's just the sort of childish response I would have expected from you.

hows it childish? Because i have a different opinion and you dont like the truth?? You want fair play and the rules to be applied for all teams bar your own.

You have defended just about everything your team has got away with on here, yet cry foul play by any other. Hypocrite.

Because he was injured

Understand he was injured, but if he had been fit he couldn't have ridden for both teams at the same time. So how can both teams declare him as R/R on the same evening?
