Bezza
A win is a win but to be honest I thought it felt like we were walking through treacle. However if we can win the remaining 3 at home in July and get a win at the likes of red car we might just have a sniff of the top six. Its fine picking up the 3pts but we need to stop the likes of Rye and Berwick next week picking up the single points. It could make all the difference come the end of the season. There is still much to play for but we will almost certainly need some wins on the road to back up the home wins.... The entertainment was generally poor last night but happy to seek King deliver 15pts...on to the next one..... Reviresco
Do they sell at a group discount? Maybe better to buy just the one first and see if any good? If we do get them... Would we be known as the " Bell ends " Bell Ends with Blue Balls, not a great combo, to be found on the Heath in the evening. And there is a Bell Lane entrance too isn't there? Did Mr. Heeps lose to Jye Etheridge on Tuesday Macca? Just interested since I heard Jye scored 6+3. Blown engine a couple of points from three rides in the experimental format and a very unhappy Pinjar Ninja. I would think "affirmative master" would be K9's retort Scotsman. Just got the Ipswich Star and their result for Heat 3 is: Risager, Lanham, Covatti Heeps and Mike Bacon's report is: "Morten Risager and Nico Covatti looked in trouble at the start of heat three as they were relegated to the back. But both got past Cameron Heeps, before Risager pipped Leigh Lanham on the line in a thrilling finish." Poor old Cam, not only relegated erroneously to 2nd by the referee on the night, but now relegated to last place by the Love Speedway man....?! And no mention of a possibly badly called result, whomever the riders involved were....?! Edited July 8, 2016 by macca56

TheScotsman
These newspapers will do anything to sell a few more copies. Disgusting. Strange old match last night. Meandering along in favour of Ippo, 10 points up and cruising and then wham bam, Good-Old-Pantomime-Villain Eddie knocks off the EL Superstar but not so good in the PL Joseph Jacobs and throws in a Dubbly Jubbly folowed immediately by a master class from Rye's two young Aussies #2015Legend Rob and Cammie Heeps over One-Trick-Pony Nico and all of a sudden the lead is down to 1 and it's squeeky bum time in Ippo. And what reward does #2015Legend Rob get for his efforts (2 wins)? Zilch - pack up your kit and go home Rob. We don't want/need you in heat 14, we'll stick with 2-point-Lanham. Hmmm. Wish you were back with the Monarchs Rob. But Ippo just about deserved the win, mainly down to British-Champ-in-the-Wet Danny King and Benjamin Yes-I'm-Wearing-My-Panthers-Kevlars Barker. Ippo's reserves were pretty patchy and well humped by Rye's pair, but they'll probably score more in the future than even folk hero Paco would have done. Track seemed a bit more like its old rough bumpy self. And the watering can was out a few times. A bit like the lights on the 1st & 2nd bends. Just like being back at Peterborough - "is there an electrician in the house?". And a decent effort by the BSF Massif. Shame we were pretty much ignored by the Ippo team - only Good-Old-Pantomime-Villain Eddie acknowledged our presence. And as for the referee - well let's not go there.
