There isn't any team news on the Stars website. hopefully Iversen will be back and hopefully Simon Lambert will continue instead of Wilko and I really hope Jackobsen get a chance at home instead of the out of touch Huckenbeck . Rob B
Think Steve Worrall should be at second string with Scott Nicholls moving back up to heatleader.
semion
Think Belle Vue will be once again be too strong for Lynn. Then again its not a very exclusive club this season. Edited June 29, 2016 by semion
Star Fever
We havn't replaced Troy yet so this is surely another home defeat...... The promotion know where the problems lie so why the heck are'nt they doing something about it ..... ? Theres still half a season left to achieve something better than the wooden spoon Edited June 29, 2016 by Star Fever

Daniel Smith
I am not alone in thinking Buster has thrown the towel in on this season. 2 season's running we're expected to spend our hard earned on garbage performances & inept management. Only attended 3 of the 7 home fixtures so far. Over the last 20 years only missed 1-2 meeting in previous seasons but I'm not feeling the VFM from Speedway any more. Weather pending I may give this one a shot, should be good for a humiliation & a rant. Teams Confirmed: KING’S LYNN: Niels-Kristian Iversen Lewis Rose Troy Batchelor Robert Lambert Mads Korneliussen Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen Simon Lambert BELLE VUE: Matej Zagar Steve Worrall Scott Nicholls Max Fricke Craig Cook Richie Worrall Joe Jacobs Edited June 29, 2016 by Danny Smith
semion
I do wonder if the Future of Speedway is really in a safe pair of hands, when it would seem he cant even get his own house in order.
kelvinht
Rory has tweeted he is back on a bike Surely he must fit back in in place of Jacobsen and huckenbeck? As averages must be low enough

screm
If Kings Lynn persist with Troy Batchelor they have no hope in making the play offs, and their hopes aren`t that great anyway.
Haza
Nope really not sure which way the club will go to get Rory back into the team I'd guess they'd have to drop Mads or Troy to get him back into the side and the big question would that move make us any stronger ? Has to be for Troy. Just doesn't look interested and his point scoring in Denmark ain't being transferred to the Stars. At least with Mads you can see he's putting the effort in

waiheke1
Rory has tweeted he is back on a bike Surely he must fit back in in place of Jacobsen and huckenbeck? As averages must be low enough Kl are actually 1.7 over the points limit. So would have to be mads or batch as others have posted. And I'd guess when the next averages come out batchs average will drop too low to allow rory to replace him. So decision will need making quickly. But either way would be a gamble given rorys long lay off with injury.
kelvinht
1.7 over and two from bottom. No hope to strengthen up then and be competitive
mikebv
1.7 over and two from bottom. No hope to strengthen up then and be competitiveOne of the fundamental issues with the sport that never gets sorted... ie. Sticking to the original start of season 'theoretical' team average when a 'real' team average has evolved due to 'actual' points being scored... Too many teams have their seasons 'over by July' and suffer poor crowd levels accordingly... A big opportunity for the sport if they sort this... Getting to the end of the season, every team in a league of just eight should have something to ride for to keep their fans, (and when they go away) the home teams' punters interested and therefore still attending... Having teams with 'no hope' does no one any favours... Edited June 30, 2016 by mikebv
g13webb
Such a nice change to see a large crowd watching Speedway last night. instead of the empty terraces we usually see. The enthusiastic fans were so infectious that speedway appeared to be entertaining. Whatever would the crowd reaction be if they had top riders and a proper track where the racing was better. We could have all them at Lynn tonight, but such is the uninterested mood from the promoters, I don't know whether I'll bother to go....... Never known Speedway to be that bad..... before.... Never known Speedway to be that bad..... before.... the crazy thing is the best way of keeping our season alive is a rain off tonight as another home loss the slim slim hopes of the play offs is over - we are the last day of June and my thoughts are already March 2017 when hopefully the promotion will be more enthusiastic and fingers crossed for a more competitive team . The crowd was not all round the track as at Lynn but yeah there was a good feel about it, the promoters had tried hard with flags and banners, the fans were up for it and their riders obliged them. I really don't think our doom and gloom sayers on here could ever be up for a good time again! Jesus, depresses me!
