topsoil
Round about what I thought Berwick would get from tonight. It was always going to be a tall ask to pull off the victory we had in the League Cup, especially with r/r. Please for TJ and Matty getting in the points after they started the season with injuries. Mr Blobby
great prediction from myself, if i must say so. Â Track was completely different to what the boys were used to tonight as they were expecting another shower just before start time, that never came so the track was very slick compared to normal. Even then still some decent racing good returns from Bewley and Riss (mark) who both continue to improve. Fish seems to have carried on from Wednesday, which is good to see, masters as solid as ever, average nights for Riss (erik) and Wolbert and one to forget for Max. Â For the bandits. Doolan having one of his poorer armadale appearances, Solid returns from Both Theo and Matty as expected, Jorgensen was pretty quick all night, no idea what his issue was with Sam and Kevin after heat 13 having a go at both them after the race, he tried to dive between the pair of them coming out the final bend and they shut the door fairly on him so not to sure what his problem was. nielsen done his job and carr had a poor night. Â All in all was a good night hard to pass tonight with the track the way it was but not a lot they could of done about with the weather. Still some good races the close scoreline probably helped also.

allthegearbutnaeidea
Saw on updates that some Monarchs weren't happy with TJ?! Dare I ask why?!Masters and Wolbert team rode for 4 laps ahead of brilliantly with Masters on the inside and Wolbert on the outside until TJ passed Masters on fhe last bend only for Wolbert to slow right down in front of him just before the line forcing TJ to shut off and Masters to take 2nd back. TJ after the race was having words and stormed off shaking his head and all wth Monarchs fans cheering and then he wound them up in heat 15 at the start wjen off gate 4 as he was lifting his hands up encouraging them to boo him.Good performance from the lads and not too worried that we didn't get a point despite our performance, Wethers passing both Clegg and Wolbert straight after Masters complained about not being able to pass on the track (basically the same interview as he gave Sky on Wesnesday) was the highlight of the night

Nothing wrong with playing to the crowd, it gets the fans involved and it's all good fun. You have people complaining there are no characters in the sport these days, that the riders don't interact with fans. There's good example. Probably got the crowd going and added a bit of humour to proceedings. Just like Danny Ayres on Wednesday night. Nothing wrong with any of that. All good fun.

This a practise that is extremly dangerous for the following rider and should be outlawed if it were possible. But well done Berwick.
damosuzuki
home win 51-39 Didn't expect Wethers to get past Wolbert in heat 7 or I'd have been bang on again. Incredible.

Gr8scot
It came down just before lunch time it was heavy but didn't last long at all. The ground outside is dry. It will be fine. Where were you at 5.30 Blobby, it was hammering down...... I thought Gazc was going to get his way!
