This famous Armadale micro climate is just ripping the piss now , thankfully I'd hadn't left for the meeting yet . Not a drop of rain in the west all day too

A balmy 21 degrees through here just goes to show the sun always shines on the privileged.

I suspect a sun off , they were running scared of guests for the second Friday in a row

MEETING OFF

When's this weather going to give us a break.

I smell S*ite i thought Armadale was the best prepared track and can manage to get meetings on in all weathers I was through that way around lunchtime and the weather was fine there was no forecast of a Tsunami (no pun intended my dear Newcastle brethren of the same name) hitting around Armadale but the impending insurance claims for flooded villa style council houses with built in barbed wire to keep the natives in will be inundated to there insurance company provident any time soon.

These tropical Tsunami's have a lot too answer for.

Just shows that the Chuckle twins will stoop to any level on calling a meeting off rather than face the real possibility off a pumping from there nearest & dearest.

We shall just have to wait a few more day's to dish out the right royal pumping that is inevitably coming your way and duo chuckle will have to take this one on the chin.

So it was fine with no rain at half 4 but rained off at 5 and forecast for sunshine from 6pm onwards. I hope there's a BSPA representative verifying these rain offs.

I am sure Alex will make sure any probe into this how shall we say debatable cancelation go away.

Got to laugh, great reading though. it has rained several times throughout the day the track is to wet to race on not difficult to understand.

You posted at 4.50pm with no indication the match was under any threat and then suddenly its off and then you come up with this. do you work part time writing speeches for politicians or something

It had been raining off and on most off the day at the time when I said that it wasn't raining then it rained again not long after and the match was called off, Glasgow fans claiming A dodgy rain off is comedy stuff with their record.

It's all very well being in Glasgow and saying it's fine, but the showers are very localised, it was absolutely pouring down at my work (easily enough for a rain off) between 4.30-5.00, when I got home, less than 2 miles away from my work it was bone dry.

That's probably because it's so warm. We've had torrential downpours here as well but with the temperature up at 20 degrees it doesn't take long to dry out. For a local derby when almost all, if not all, riders are already in attendance and the forecast for warm dry weather from then until 10pm I find it difficult to believe it should have been rained off.
