Tigerish
Weather permitting can only see a convincing home victory. Anyone think differently? Any team changes that we know of?

slyfox
Bears have a few riders that go well at Sheffield and with a new No 2 Tobias Busch in their line up could give a surprise. Edited June 21, 2016 by Sly Fox

foamfence
Massive home win, followed by slightly less massive away win.

Tigerite
Got a feeling this will be far from a massive home win, Bellego, Bjerre, Skidmore and Andersen all go pretty well at Owlerton. Garrity looks like a major injury doubt for both meetings looking at the Coventry meeting preview for tomorrow. I'm expecting a close match despite Redcar's league position.

You'll be the expert on chocolate, the amount of ass licking you do around the Redcar promotion and management.
Shale Searcher
Again, the weather could intervene.. Will be a tad "plumey" sticky, humid, and thundery due to an advected plume of A moist Continental (unstable) airmass over mainland Britain, if it stears east, Sheffield could be ok, but even on the edge of this plume will be thunderstorms/thundery showers, convective rain.... You will know by Noon Thursday if you're likely to be affected by this weather issue........
Blackadder
SHEFFIELD: Simon Stead, Jason Garrity R/R, Kyle Howarth, Josh Bates, Dimitri Berge, Arthur Sissis, Nathan Greaves. REDCAR: Lasse Bjerre, Jonas B Andersen, Hugh Skidmore, Tobias Busch, David Bellego, Simon Nielsen, Lee Payne.
northyorksbear
Would like to think RR for Garrity makes Tigers a bit weaker, which it probably does, but with 4 very capable riders taking rides they should cover it easily. Interested in how Busch settles in, and I think we should put up a reasonable performance, but consolation point may be just beyond us! Can some Sheffield fan clarify a query - I'm intending coming along and thought I may get ticket in advance, but then couldn't see what benefit that gave me. To me it looks like I end up paying 50p extra to on the gate - am I missing something and just being a bit stupid?
OdsalBoy
Can only see Redcar getting turned over in this one....

It is something new to this season. Pay on the gate mate

Didn't think my title was ass licker. As I am the Bears Marketing Manager, would not think I am licking up to any of the rest of the management team. Was just standing up for my team after your strong comments about our chances for the 2 meetings.

Actually I hope for at least a Bears point or two but I fail to understand the annual logic of getting hammered everywhere and then improving the team, you are obviously aware that I'm not alone in that.
KIRKYLANE
A match to miss as far as I am concerned. I regularly go to Sheffield but Redcar away from home is a no go for me

May I suggest that if you have such a job and if you are contributing here as part of that job that you really should be using your real name rather than hiding behind a pseudonym? That goes to all others in such a situation here. Surely it's only fair that people are able to distinguish between those posting as supporters and those posting as part of their job? psycho3a
A match to miss as far as I am concerned. I regularly go to Sheffield but Redcar away from home is a no go for me Made the same decision , cant justify £15 admission and £15 petrol and rushing about to get there for what i think will be a very one sided event...
