King's Lynn V Coventry Bees (sky) Wed 22nd June

Recommended Posts

No team news yet. Does anybody know how Garrity is? He guested for Leicester on Sat but withdrew due to the injury from the British Final.

For King's Lynn: Iversen, Batchelor & Mads are heatleaders, Lambert & Rose 2nd strings and then either Wilkinson/Simon & Kai/Jacobsen at reserve.

For Coventry: Kaspazak,Harris & King are heatleaders, Garrity(if fit) & Sarjeant are 2nd strings and then Woryna & Bates are at reserve.

Big ask for Sarjeant in the main team esp when he's been inconsistent at reserve & PL. good luck to him.

Kai Huckenbeck (Nominated No 8) cannot ride at reserve, Jason is fit to ride. Edited by NeilWatson

with this new number 8 rule , is it open to manipulation

number 8 carnt replace a reserve but replaces a number 2 second string in the line up

so if a team signed a rider of the quality of woryna, or perhaps smektala, or another decent up n coming rider, then say james sarjeant was promoted from reserve to number 2 can

the number 8 then replace james in line up?

No. Can only replace a non-EDR.

I should think he withdrew more to do with the crash he had that night rather than the British Final one, but it's good to know he will be okay to ride tomorrow.

Another Pole being dictated to by their governing body?

Certainly sounds like it by the tone of his alleged 'tweet' .... makes you wonder why we bother to sign an up and coming young Pole only to find we are prohibited from using him any way a la Wozniak at Leicester !!!:mad:

Mick / Neil - need to replace Woryna asap with a rider up to 6. whatever is - something we should have done a long time ago anyway !!

As for this match presume we can use a guest ? PL up to 6.83 ? or EL up to about 4.ish ? or maybe just get Adam Roynon in ?

Is Kasprzak ok to ride ?

Bees website has just released teams - no mention of Woryna being unavailable ? Says Garrity may not be fit ? Not sure what to believe now ....

Cheers

Neil said he was fit to ride. Edited by Game On
