RobMcCaffery
Â If you've got the facilities to watch two (or three or four for that matter) at once, then why not? Some people don't have the time to watch things 'later' and/or would rather watch them live. Â It's a personal choice. Yours just so happens to be different to his. Why knock it? That would be fair comment if I did knock it. Please re-read and try again. Â For goodness' sake, are you guys that desperate for a row? Â Of course I'm not criticising others for watching several events at once. For goodness' sake I said I do it myself! It's just on this occasion I will want to focus on both so will watch one followed by the other. Yes, that's my choice - you have yours. Â What I AM criticising is people saying they can only watch one. Please read what's said, not what you want to read! Â It's not that complicated! Â Â Hopefully we get a great meeting. Sad that the usual types on the BSF spoil it.

StevePark
Obviously. If you can't put the mobile phone or stay away from the pc for a couple of hours you're in a pretty desperate situation. Is it really about being 'one up'? If so, how very sad. Â I regularly watch several things at once on the pc, taking the commentary on the event that I'm more interested in. When like on Monday there are two events that I want to focus on fully I simply watch one after the other. Is that such a difficult concept? Â It does seem that people make their lives complicated just for the sake of saying how complicated life is.... Â It is simple - watch one, record the other and watch it later, avoiding social media until you've watched both. Of course if that's too complex for you then nobody's stopping you screwing up your evening. It would be a shame if the Bandits suffered from such stupidity though. Â Â That would be fair comment if I did knock it. Please re-read and try again. Â For goodness' sake, are you guys that desperate for a row? Â By the way, I don't see myself as one of "the usual types on BSF to spoil it."

tweedcider
Alright calm down I was joking, you've well and truly went through me there, my choice is to watch my speedway team whilst keeping an eye on my home nations game, are you ok with that? I apologise for 'one upping you' Well. i'll be having my Senior Butler watch it and report accordingly, while my Wine Waiter advises me on the current state of the soccer game
Bandit59
Maybe you should drop that in the suggestion box , it's something they could use for the next time sky come calling or for the less popular meetings collect 4 vouchers from the programme/ turnstiles and get 50% off entry to a specified meeting Probably crescent girl, positive thinker or whatever he calls himself these days has read it and will pass it on
Shadders
A stadium the size of that will look embarrassingly empty, although many regulars, will probably turn up, just to get themselves on TV

Lakeside is the worst, looks really empty on Sky as it's such a huge open bowl. Doesn't look so bad at Wolves as everyone is on one side of the track

Or stay at home and save £15 And which will you do?  Bandits diehard, or warrior?
topsoil
Unfortunately the football will probably have an effect on the crowd tomorrow night. But I've said before that crowds at Berwick probably look less that what they actually are, because they can be spread out over such a big area and not compact like at Wolves, Newcastle etc. Looking forward to this one, think it will be a difficult meeting against a very strong Comets side. Sure the promotion have their reasons for not reducing the admission prices, maybe it hasn't worked out for them in the past or something? Got to hand it to them for raising awareness for the meeting though, I spoke to people who have no interest in the sport yesterday, but they knew all about Sky coming because of the adverts on Radio Borders.

HadrianDog
Â Well, according to a recent Newcastle programme, Sky are only at Glasgow and Berwick next week because these two tracks' supporters' clubs paid Nigel and Kelvin to do their roadshow for them during the winter! Aye, I had it on as a nailed on cert. that Sky would have been after a Newcastle meeting just to have Lambert on the telly. Now that Stevie is in the frame for GB callup, it should have been a no-brainer, but it looks unlikely given these two PL fixtures. Picked on on track talent or behind the scenes greasey palms remains to be seen?

Arrange a fixture around one rider, then find out he's doubling-up that night? Wouldn't surprise me with Newcastle this season.

Nigel and Kelv have said that they come to Berwick because of how friendly the staff and fans are, they feel like they are not in the way or an annoyance to anyone unlike at some tracks, it is also quite easy for them to set up and looks very good on TV compared to other tracks
