Rocketbee
Masters only guesting because the meeting at Sheffield was rearranged so Lakeside had priority on Edd Kennett's services.

iand
If Eddie, Robbo and Leigh repeat their form from the British Semi Final at Scunthorpe we will get hammered but hope that was just a one off. With Kasper at reserve I think we might sneak a point. Shadders
Saw Berwick win at Scunny a couple of weeks ago, all mainly from the gate. That's the only way we'll get anything there. You going to Scunthorpe Shads? That's the plan

Shadders
Until the averages change again? Until his broken hand heals. It's a bit rich from a Berwick insider when you flew Manuel Hauzinger over to do a quarter of a lap at Edinburgh for some dodgy reason or another
crescent girl
Until his broken hand heals. It's a bit rich from a Berwick insider when you flew Manuel Hauzinger over to do a quarter of a lap at Edinburgh for some dodgy reason or another Less than that, Manu was on the grass before the 30m marker. But that was back then, when wee Peter pulled the strings. And the strokes. Edited June 17, 2016 by crescent girl
screm
Less than that, Manu was on the grass before the 30m marker. But that was back then, when wee Peter pulled the strings. And the strokes. As most promoters do.
Tsunami
Until his broken hand heals. It's a bit rich from a Berwick insider when you flew Manuel Hauzinger over to do a quarter of a lap at Edinburgh for some dodgy reason or another And it cost them £400 to do it. thebaron
Well I am going for a Scorpions win and some restoration of confidence in the team. Would be nice to see Lewis Kerr make a solid home debut - proving Ipswich wrong! and Alex Davies back amongst the points. Incidentally back to Ippo;see that score at Berwick last night? absolute drubbing. We are not the only team with problems it would seem. phillwhitewasmad
Outsider I was at Berwick last night was a bit gate and go with only King showing for the witches. Must say though some of the team riding by the bandits when they hit the front was exceptional team spirit in the bandits camp is high and kev Dolan is inspired captain
IronScorpion
Today defines what could happen for the rest of the season. Last weekend, riders guested & performed well so it's just a matter of getting it right at the EWR. Not just one or two but three or four of them. We know what they CAN do as they have performed in the past but they have got to start getting it right, and now. The above post shows what can happen when a team has confidence, team rides & a good captain. I think Josh is like David(Howe) & when things are going poorly you are looking at yourself rather than the big picture, THE TEAM. He has, for a long while now, raced against his team mate for the extra buck & at times pressured his teammate into a mistake, gifting points to the opposition. A change in captain to Douglas, a rider doing well & confidence coming back from last year, might be the answer It is, also, noticeable, a lack of interest posting is due to a lack of support for a losing team at the EWR. As I have said before, Best Track & Entertainment does not bring the punters in but it shows that the whole town has struggled since Xmas due to the Steelworks. Even Scunthorpe United struggled to get the support even though they went on a good run towards the end of the season & nearly made the play-offs. A discounted offer, as a thank you to the fans, saw an increase from an average of 3300 to over 7000 for the last game.
waco
Hope you get a good entertaining match up there tonight ,I think Scunny is the best race track i have visited,,its a shame you do not get more support..

sharpandroid
Yes heavy rain from 7 onwards. I have confidence that the track will be prepared for whatever the weather brings. I've been to every home meeting since I discovered speedway at the end of 2014, it is hard to watch the home team lose so often but the racing is the best I've seen.
