Panthers89
If we have Cook and Ully have to be up there this season. Some really good teams so should be a belter!

Panthers89
The 10 teams have been announced Edinburgh - Masters and Wolbert Glasgow - Lawson and Summers Ipswich - Barker and Covatti Newcastle - Lambert and Worrall Peterborough - Cook and Ully Plymouth - Kurtz and holder Rye House - Kennett and Robson Sheffield - Stead and Garrity Somerset - Josh and Rohan Workington - Wells and Vissing Berwick, Redcar and Scunthorpe miss out Edited above what I reckon teams will look like, King missing as Wildcard. Sheffield vs Panthers final I predict with Garrity ditching it in the final
Triple.H.
Id've thought Lambert and Cook as GP reserves. Though it would be better if they were at the PL Pairs. TBH meeting reserves as they're unlikely to get a ride should be the 2 Lewis's kerr and Rose Neither going to make the pairs but if called upon in a GP could do a job. screm
No reason why Danny King shouldn't be at Somerset, Chris Harris has ridden for Coventry on a Friday before flying out to a SGP on a Saturday morning. For the meeting itself I think Newcastle will take a bit of stopping.

No way will he want to risk himself getting mixed up in the PL pairs the day before. Would be madness on his part

bigcatdiary
So will the reserves, which assume is Lambert & Cook They tend to go for youngsters for the reserves, Lambert I would class as a certainty, not sure about the second. stevehone
if the lineup is as posted above, I honestly think this will be one of the best meetings this season - excellent lineup on an excellent track
Panthers89
I can't see Cook wanting to ride a practice session where he might get a ride or might not.
allthegearbutnaeidea
Any chance of this being televised as it was great to watch when on Sky a couple of years ago

eric i
What time is the gp practice, couldn't the riders do both?
Triple.H.
No I think once you've signed in at practice you can't ride anywhere else.
sparks123
Edited above what I reckon teams will look like, King missing as Wildcard. Sheffield vs Panthers final I predict with Garrity ditching it in the final I think the above line-up looks good. The problem for me comes from the fact a few years ago Berwick didn't qualify for a shared event because a new rider hadn't completed enough meetings (if my memory is correct he had completed more meeting's than Cook, Barker and Kurtz combined). I would also say that Cook, Lambert and King should be asked if they intend doing the meeting and if they don't then their average shouldn't count for the team (seen on another thread that Seb's average didn't count for Berwick due to injury). Django
In 2014 Cookie missed the Pairs when he was reserve at the GP so I'd imagine he'd do the same if selected. I can't see King, Lambert or Cook being at the Pairs.
bigcatdiary
So it's looking extremely doubtful that King and Lambert will be riding because of being involved in the British GP, whilst Cook, Barker and Kurtz haven't done meetings to qualify. Makes a bit of a hole in this prestigious meeting that all the fans clamour to see doesn't it,
