Team Gb For World Cup

So you claim to know know Rosco personally but yet describe him as an unsure loudmouth....but yet you say I'm wrong as usual. I'm beginning to think you live in cloud cuckoo land! Watch out, the men in white coats will be along soon...

Rosco is loud and always has been and I wouldn't have him as a team manager of team gb, he would be better off as Aussie team boss.

So what if he is loud....and what have the Aussies got to do with things? The men in white coats have arrived!

King and Cook , British 1 and 2 are out of form. I said it at the time and I say it now as an Ipswich fan that King should not be in the 4

I'm not sure a bad PL means king's out of form. He's been great for Coventry & in the British final

Here we go again. Speedway people together trying to have a nice conversation... and then come the insults.

We have differing views, but are here because of speedway, which we are fond of.

Now, come on... you wouldn't insult one another if stood side-be-side at the track.

Now would you?

No... thought not....

Bomber puts in another solid performance last night, he should be in the side on that form. His last four scores, 13,9+2,10 and 11+1. Add the 3rd in the GP too.

11+1 looks good but I thought Harris was poor last night considering the riders he was up against in his heats. Top rider's should never get beaten by Sedgmen and he did twice

Always interesting when you look at who's beaten who - he had a great GP in Prague say many, but only beat 6 of the 15 other riders and none of the top 5. Horses for courses for me, results can be unpredictable - look at the GP qualifier in Lonigo, how many people assess Covatti to be better than Zmarslik? Cook was poor in that one as well although some have said handily placed as the meeting progressed but not as handily placed as the 8 riders ahead of him ;)

And second in the European Grasstrack semi-final on Sunday.

can you really look on Harriss after only 1 good result in the GP's the rest have been terrible.. and they are who he will be up against.. lets see how he does this weekend i guess..

Yes but he IS actually in it, there aren't exactly a queue of Brits likely to get there anytime soon, other than Lambert.

Well, if the SWC final gets switched to a Cheshire meadow, perhaps someone should give him a call.

FWIW I'd pick him as well, and I'm sure you mentioned the grasstrack from the point of view of good general form, confidence building and so forth. Still made me smile, though!
