Argos
See Richy Hawkins is not a happy bunny he's saying each rider today is on a set guarantee of just £106, so there's no incentive there to race, he also states that amount will not even cover the riders costs. And yet, a rider who can't be there today, was desperate to ride for his club, rather than his country in the SWC, so he wasn't bothered by the above! Now I know why Len Silver refused to put out a team in his last few years as Rye promoter. Edited July 23, 2016 by Shads

Triple.H.
Just found out they're racing the three groups separately. Group C not expected to be on track until around 6.30pm Maybe a case of glory comes to those who wait. One race from each group then the second from each group would have mean someone waiting maybe a dozen heats in between races.
Shadders
Exactly, riders tell you what you want to hear. Well I'm bored......We got here at 11am and there were people already sitting in the main stand. Far too early to turn up. Should've waited until around 2pm The bar are doing beer at £15 a pitcher (4 pints). Better value than £4.20 a pint. Although I really do hope it does end up running smoothly and all of you that have turned up are rewarded with a barn stormer of a weekend. Got my fingers crossed for you all....

Shadders
Apparently the riders are in dispute over the £163 flat rate they've been offered to race today. Some questions over whether the meeting will go ahead
