KIRKYLANE
For those that did not watch the British Final Forum last Wednesday; The following was announced re ticket sales : Option 1 ; go online and print off your own ticket re entry to the stadium .......... at a cost of £1 per ticket as well pointed out on this forum Option 2 ; phone the Belle Vue stadium and purchase your ticket directly from Belle Vue ( it is my understanding that there is no charge for option 2 but I stand corrected if necessary ) The tickets are printed off and you collect them from the collection table ( not from the main ticket office ) Option 3 ; purchase tickets when you arrive at the stadium and hope the queue is not too long Tickets for the main grandstand and the West stand are available from the main ticket office. Tickets for the South stand ( the back straight ) are available from a ticket office which is situated near the entrance to the South Stand in the South Stand Car Park. Collection table for the Grandstand and the West stand is near the main grand stand ticket office. Collection table for the South stand is near the South Stand ticket office. Tickets on sale tomorrow ( Sunday ) by phone between 10am-3 pm or on Monday re the British Final. Hope this helps !!

A ORLOV
What happened to good old fashioned turnstiles Should not be a problem providing people get there in plenty of time.
mtommo
I know the grandstand tickets let you in there but does anyone know if the general sale tickets let you go all round the track or just certain areas as I am thinking of going next Friday for the wolves match thanks
Rob B
I know the grandstand tickets let you in there but does anyone know if the general sale tickets let you go all round the track or just certain areas as I am thinking of going next Friday for the wolves match thanks There are 4 sections (only 3 normally used) grandstand seating, south terrace which is back straight from 2nd bend round to 3rd bend and west terrace which is 1st bend, you can't move between sections, each section has its own turnstiles. South side also has its own ticket office too now.
Trees
Why have they made the stadium access so restrictive?
waiheke1
Why have they made the stadium access so restrictive?Tbh that's pretty standard for a modern stadium I would have thought? Most events you can't move freely between stands.
nw42
Why have they made the stadium access so restrictive? H&S dictates that people can't move around, otherwise capacities may be exceeded in certain areas which could cause overcrowding issues etc etc. I've always had a wander at most speedway stadia I've been to, it's good to watch from different areas. The grandstand @ NSS is all seated, there's no terracing paddock at the front at all, so I suppose it's understandable that you can't just saunter in there from the other stands. Best spot for me is the west terrace (first bend) but if it rains there is no shelter there.
Panthers89
Why have they made the stadium access so restrictive? Security I'd reckon.
Phil The Ace
Yep, security and health & safety. We have our very own safety officer which dictates what we have to do. Yes he is treating us like a football stadium. But hopefully after 1 season he will relax his initial strict behaviour and realise we are nothing like football. Panthers89
I'd rather have that than the other way tbh so credit to the club
Trees
I guess it is just not what we are used to, it's nice to go round the stadium and see different friends etc or see the racing from a different perspective, not at BV though

I suppose if I want to carry on watching Speedway it will be back to being a Leicester fan again.
