Berwick V Edinburgh: 11th June (pl)

Agreed seems to be lacking some speed on every track at the moment.

Or more that time is catching up . Happened to Les , happened to Stoney and by the way Matty Wethers rode today , it's caught up with him too .

Found it interesting (probably more of a one Monarchs fans, but I think it also says a lot for the sport in general at the moment) that the Edinburgh team picture in 1999 included six Scots and Peter Carr. Imagine a team these days made up of seven relatively local riders?

spoke with him in b&g after meeting, says the track was the worst its been and was scared for the first time around Shielfield

There was a time when almost every visiting rider was scared riding around there

Liam is a young rider trying to make his way in the sport ask Sam Masters or TJ what they thought of the track they certainly didn't look scared!

Jorgensen certainly looked impressive last Saturday, his score would've been more had it not for being excluded in his first race.

He wouldn't have been excluded if it had not been for the ref suprised he don't wear a blue and gold coat. When I saw him checking the track I thought well we ain't going to get anything tonight and I was right

Give over! He was rolling on both they starts.

Jorgensen did nothing wrong IMO of the first running of Ht4, but did jump in the rerun having been giving a warning.

From what Paulco tells me on Sunday the Edinburgh riders were moving quicker at the tapes before the race than the actual four laps he said his jaw was still sore the next day with pi*sing himself laughing.

Brought my daughter down on Saturday night as she was back from uni it was her first visit she said it feels like i should be supporting Edinburgh soon put her straight on that one.She thought it was like the football and the supporters sat apart from each other and thought it was great that we could sit beside each other.Said she liked the smell of the bikes and didnt think a young lad of 12 should have been racing :lol::lol:
