penchev
Lets face it though everyone else has beaten Redcar fairly comfortably, a lot of teams have beaten them away A win is a win and 3 points,
bigeddiechek
Lets face it though everyone else has beaten Redcar fairly comfortably, a lot of teams have beaten them away I was quite relieved - and pleased - to be honest. With r/r for our number 5, a battered and bruised Theo clearly in pain, a first home meeting for Romano, and young Bewley (who looks one for the future) instead of Liam, I thought it would be difficult. Turned out to be a very entertaining meeting, some great races in there, a couple of which Ayers put in a great contribution with some balls racing. I'm not going to kid myself that the team tracked on Saturday is suddenly going to rocket up the league, but I thought given the circumstances it was a very gutsy win. Shadders
Much needed win but to only beat Redcar at home by 2 is quite embarrassing, good amount raised though and our 5 men won Why be embarrassed? You're not that good at the moment.
Arson fire
Too concede a point to one of your wooden spoon rivals could prove costly come september.
allthegearbutnaeidea
Was looking at the '10 years ago' feature in the programme, we faced IOW and lost 44-46, our heat 1 pairing was Gary Flint (NL Guest) and David Meldrum, aka Tweedmouth's finest at the time compared to the Islanders pairing of now former world champion Chris Holder and a certain other Australian GP star Jason Doyle, Australia's 1 and 2 vs Tweedmouth's all stars

Was speaking to a mate who said about the total (I gave him my donation to put in the collection). The state Berwick were in any win was a good win, our best rider out injured, reserve out injured, and one or two among the walking wounded. A home win with some good racing = good night at the speedway.

As good a meeting as anybody would wish to see - A win for the Bandits, a point for the Bears, cracking debut from Romano, and an acknowledgement of our respect for Seb
