Paulco
If we get through over the 2 legs we will meet the 0131 in the next round. It may be prudent to make our home leg the Sky meeting on Wednesday 29th June which would make it more of an occasion. We are at Armadale on the Friday before this for a PL meeting. If this could also be changed to the KOC meeting then it would be much more of a spectacle for the cameras with the overall winner progressing to the next round. If that turns out to be the case , I doubt those will be the KO Cup meetings . Sky , to my knowledge , have never televised a PL KO Cup meeting and only pay the PL lip service despite their assertion that " the PL never lets us down " . Anyway we can't look any further than this tie as Redcar made us work hard in the league meeting in April .

And to think we get accused of understating our chances! Should be 60+ for the millionaire Weegies!

League meeting finished 51-39 and we only secured the points after a Summers/Lawson 5-1 in heat 13 , so you cant take anything for granted

damosuzuki
Monarchs tactic on here is to predict a 40 point win for us, so they can describe anything else as the wheels coming off. So transparent.
TheScotsman
More like 30-35 point win. You're not that good. Heavens even we beat you the other week and we know we're not very good - yet.
damosuzuki
We are good though.

Paulco
But enough of our poorer neighbours , they have a pumping at Rye House to receive . Back in the land of the filthy rich , it's been a dry morning after a wet night , so the track should be perfect for some exciting racing today . Come on the stripes

MD
Not the best meeting ever seen at the Stade but enough from Lunna and Garcia to keep you interested. Ht15 was a reminder that you never get it your own way as Bellego superbly blocked Summers run on the outside and swept past Lawson for a fine win. Had Bjerre been at the races it could have been much better. We should be through to meet the dark side barring disaster on Thursday night, though which 1-7 that is remains to be seen. damosuzuki
Yeah would agree. Lunna, Garcia and Ayres provided some excitement. Enjoyable enough day and hopefully lines us up well for Monarchs. Barker was faster but bizarrely less consistant.

Overly fussy refereeing threatened to ruin the meeting , but thankfully he got fed up pulling back races eventually . Bjerre was shocking , even worse than Auty was the other week . We haven't been truly tested at home yet , I suspect that is about to change seven days from now .
semion
Expected this one to be the biggest thrashing since General Custer took his mates to The Little big Horn and asked if anyone fancied an Indian
MD
We haven't been truly tested at home yet , I suspect that is about to change seven days from now . Absolutely, bring it on, I think we need it. Its all become a bit expectant that we win hugely at home every week, complacency can bring its own problems.
