Gavan
your track is poor... ok personal opinion.. your riders hate it... they are winning braver riders attack it... ok your home track advantage is non existent.... please tell me the last time they lost at home this year ???? and in fact how many times last year.. the track was bad this meeting but it hasn't been any other time than that I guess because let me see... they haven't lost at home.. irrelevent when your racing an inferior team like Coventry or Leicester. Belle Vue are a similar side in ability to Poole and then your home advantage goes away because of the track. Pooles team this season is far stronger than everyones apart from Belle Vue. Of course they will win at home more often than not. But make it a different race strip and you would have beat Belle Vue the other night Everything you have just said is negative, none of it is constructive criticism!! The track is bad for one meeting and you act like it has been bad since the dawn of time. As I have said before if it has been this bad for ages then we would have a team like Leicester, no one would want to ride for us! But you are going over the top. The track has been bad all season, read the tweets from the riders that have ridden there!!! Holder has moaned all season! Its now been exposed on Sky for all fans to see and the Poole fans try to say it was just that meeting!!!

Holder has said all UK tracks are crap so may be a different rider would be better! Has moaned all season, so just the eight weeks then?!! Lol. As I said riders liked it last season, so they just have to go back to that. Edited May 25, 2016 by lisa-colette
Gavan
Trolling at its best. Apart from Newmand and Buk we are a team of gating tarts. Guess I must have imagined hans a couple of weeks ago passing two riders at the same time. And Holder I guess never makes a pass. He won the world title from the gate. Sure. The track has produced some super racing this season. Wednesday it was difficult and definately over watered and bumpy. It will be sorted. Why is it trolling??? Hans Andersen isnt a renowned passer even in his heyday Bjarne Pedersen isnt really either Adam Ellis also Brady Kurtz does on better tracks same with Holder Your 2 out an out racers are Newman and Buck Look at Belle Vue, their heat leader trio are 3 riders who often miss the gate. Chris Louis was one of the biggest gating tarts ive seen at my club. Doesnt make them a bad rider its just their way. Ive sen Louis make some great passes (british final run off 1997 case in point) but ask anyone if Luois was a 'racer' or a gater and it would be the latter Poole have a team mainly of gaters, Belle Vue and Lynn for example dont Its not trolling pal its an observation And coming from yourself, widely known as the forums biggest troll and wind up merchant its quite rich really I suggest for once you actually try to answer sensibly
Shale Searcher
But not as bad as the other night though Imo. Silly thing is it was getting better last year and even opposing riders said it was better. So what happened? Winter is what happened!! Do they get rid of puddles during the winter? That's where the damage gets done.. The laying water has the time to soak deep into the base, and the base then doesn't get an opportunity to dry out/cure before it's ridden on, any weak areas where water has contaminated the base is straight away vulnerable to rear tyres, graders, and the material is the first to get ejected, then the base is ejected, doesn't matter how many times the holes/dips/ruts are filled and packed, that area gets evacuated of material every meeting... Maybe if you have a 4-5 week break with no racing, and no significant rain, and the affected areas are prepped, filled and given the time to cure, it may just solve the problem... scottyfan
I think your find it was because of the manager he stayed at Poole plus it was Poole who brought him over for a month,so maybe also loyalty and yes the track was really good then. Think you'll find Lisa is talking about 2003 not 1989 when he first rode in the UK. And the team manager then (1989) was the late Neil Street. colin wood
Belle Vue adapted to a difficult track better than Poole and deserved to win. That's all there is to it really but it must be a worry for Pirates if their own riders are slating the track.I'm sure you will get it sorted out but after the stick Belle Vue got from some pirates fans about our new track problems some even calling for Gordon and Morton to quit can we expect Matt Ford to step down LoL
hyderd
Right. This is getting very silly. That's enough of this sillyness. Please all tuck your pyjama tops in your pants and get to bed you'll be late for school. Bugger me is that the time!? Correct all this bitching about something that MF knows all about and hopefully gets it sorted is silly!

damosuzuki
BV vs Poole is going to be very interesting (when it happens) because you could easily end up with the opposite result. You would have to think Holder will be in his element up there. I'll say it again, I have watched the whole thing twice and will again, it was a great advert for Speedway, albeit the track was a bit of a mess.
Ghosty
A few facts: Poole's track could be sorted easily in 1 week with the right equipment (road grader being the most important), materials & the current decent weather. How do I know? been there & done it. In my past life as a future speedway rider! I have also worked on the track including completely relaying one. A track that has WAVES will only get worse!

We had a road grader and it was worth its weight in gold, but it got a little antiquated, we have a four wheel blade which needs badly servicing, but it is never used, it was used every week going back 4 years which would be better than nothing again, i agree with everything else you say..Although the track is not my gig. Pinny
In his prime andersen made plenty of top passes at gp level and domestic. Thought circa 2006 he was going to make it to world champion.

Hans is still a very good rider, and i might hasten to add a good Captain, he does what a good captain should do, lead by example, on the track and in the pits walking up and down checking the boys. ATM i really can't fault him.

Is that the bad service where they just wipe over everything to make it look as if they've done something but don't actually do anything. I don't think it would have helped but perhaps you know more about these things than I do. Who'd have thought it. Starman a whistle blower. Obviously, Matt isn't going to be pleased about one of his trusted confidants making public the lack of professionalism and money pinching on vital equipment and also that these revelations also cast doubt on Middleditch's comments in today's Speedway Star, implying that the track staff are to blame. I've no idea if these allegations are true but if they are then good on you Starman for telling all.

Triple.H.
Surely they have a 4 wheel blade which badly needs servicing. Not one that needs badly servicing.
