mike7164
Well the next action we have is another encounter with the Redcar Bears neighbours of ours, at home after a two week break. Please also remember this is a rare working Monday fixture and as it is it sees a rare 7.30pm start time!! Is it confirmed yet an any riders missing I am sure I read on this forum that Steve Worrall maybe? Also do we know a date for the return fixture yet? dantodan
As usual we wait to be told any news of guests. Newcastle Robert Lambert Viktor Palovaara Matej Kus Ludvig Lindgren Steve Worrall (Absent on Elite League Duty - waiting news on a guest) Lewis Rose Danny Phillips Redcar Lasse Bjerre Jacob BukhaveHugh SkidmoreJonas B Andersen David BellegoSimon NielsenLee Payne The Newcastle side are apparently without Steve Worrall who is riding in the Elite League on 23rd May 2016. Hopefully we can bring in a guest. I would go for Seb Alden if he is available. Seb rides Brough really well. The Bears line up shown above may have changed so if you know of any changes please let us know. Reserve Simon Nielsen is welcomed back. I note David Bellego has been riding well. Hopefully the match will be entertaining with the Diamonds winning easily
ruffdiamond
Seb Alden would be a good choice, or Nico Covatti
dantodan
Seb Alden would be a good choice, or Nico Covatti Yes Nico could be in with a shout he was good last year. The choice of guests comes down to availability and other factors. My automatic choice would be Richie Worrall but Glasgows race day is sunday too. Sam Masters? As the match is on a Monday that isn't an issue However the fact that both Worralls ride for Belle Vue does mean you can never use Ritchie to replace Steve when he is absent EL duties with BV
TheScotsman
Smiling Sam's average is a big bit too high.

RedcarRacer
Why dont the Greyhounds try and make a meeting of it and go with six riders!

Yet I'd go with Seb Alden, Ben Barker, Robbo or Kenneth Hansen if available

StevePark
Doesn't it ha stone r/r? ....by which I meant "doesn't it have to be r/r?" (Hic!) Apparently, if it's a double up rider missing due to him riding for his double up team, you can bring in a guest. If he was out injured (and the only rider missing) R/R would apply. Wonder if George is having trouble getting a decent replacement guest as I am sure he would choose to run with 7 riders rather than the backstop R/R. What is the difference as either way he's still missing weather that ma be injured or doubling up? seems silly to me if any rider is genuinely injured!!
