Berwick Versus Sheffield: 14th May, 7pm

Recommended Posts

Prospects of some entertainment this week, for sure. Can any Bandit lower Steady's colours?

Tigers have changed their team and reintroduced Arthur Sissis for this one, ahead of Richard Hall.

Bandits have all the same riders, but not necessarily in the same order (with apologies to Eric Morecambe).

Another tough meeting ahead for The Bandits , almost all of The Tiges riders can fly round Shielfield so we will need to be at our best , once again the big Hts like 13 & 15 going to be vital we need to get advantages in these if we're to stand any chance of winning meetings. Hopefully the change of riding order will help make us a bit stronger

Going to be a very tough one for Berwick this, almost all of the Sheffield team go well at Shielfield. Need to get their gating heads on this week. Looking forward to seeing Simon Stead, has a great style. Hopefully the cracking weather we've been having lasts all week and for once it's not a three-layer night on the terraces.

Looks like a three -layer night if the forecast prevails.

I think we are going to have to pull out all stops to win this one.

A really like the look of this Sheffield team and they will come and have a real go at us.

Of course, our boys will have a right go back at them.

I'm predicting - and very much looking forward to - a rock 'n' roll speedway meeting!!

Berwick certainly have their work cut out for this meeting tomorrow night, I really think Sheffield are the team to beat this season, but Berwick normally produce the goods when its least expected. I am sure our visitors will be targeting a full points away win but with a new riding order maybe we have found the answer to last weeks collapse.

I fancy Sheffield will turn us over.

Looking at the scores Simon Stead looks to be back to his best and they will probably have the beating of us in the big heats.

Everyone needs to be flying to win this and we can't carry anyone like we have been so far this season.
