Steve Shovlar
Decimated Poole take on the new title favourites at Wimborne Road tomorrow and theres no better time for Wolves to bring their team along. An ideal opportunity to grab all 4 points on offer. It will take a monumental effort from patched up Poole to get anything out of this. With both hig scoring reserves out of action, Ellis after a nasty spill and Newman laid up with a nasty groin issue, their scoring ability will be badly missed. Add to that no Bjarne and Poole could be chasing shadows from unbeaten powerhouse Wolverhampton, who will be looking for all four points. Holder needs to pull his finger out. Hans and Buckowski are doing fine as is Kurtz. With the weather set fair it should be a big crowd and they will want to see much more effort than was put in by some of the team on Monday night. Thoughts?

LisaColette
What's the injury diagnosis for Ellis?Discolated shoulder?Potential banana skin. I'm glad Brady is at reserve, at least if Auty struggles Brady can have an extra ride. Edited May 3, 2016 by lisa-colette

Alan_Jones
How can a tier 1 guest be used for a tier 2 rider? Has that rule changes as well this year? We don't know who are Tier 1 & Tier 2 at the moment because the EDR list is out of date, or current but with the wrong date, or EL averages are being used, or PL averages are being used, or some other logical criteria are being used, or some other illogical criteria are being used, or....

Gavan
R/R AT 2 for Bjarne Josh Auty guests for Adam Ellis Charles Wright guests for Kyle Newman Auty is a better rider than Ellis though Ellis probably has the better track form. Charles Wright does ok at Wimborne Road to so should get the 7-9 that Newman would as well. If you saw Auty's previous form at Poole, you wouldn't even be bothered. Only rode their once in the league in the last 2 years and scored 5 from 5 in the tricky number two position but managed to beat Newman that night. Harsh to judge him on one meeting

So line up would be 1holder 2rr 3auty 4buckz 5andersen 6wright 7kurtz Think we will need kurtz to hit 13ish pts at reserve and holder to hit roughly the same. I'm going for poole 47-43. Knightime
The sonic boom in Yorkshire was clearly Aliens abducting the real Matt Ford and all his critics - Poole are now a team without hope who nobody rates as unbeatable and unfair competition to the rest of the league!. It's always tough for any team going without their regular 1-7 - but the Pirates are still a solid team and I believe the 4 regulars and 2 guests will do enough to force the Aliens to return both the real Matt and the horde of critics by this time on Thursday :-)
SteveLyric2
So Poole choose to go r/r at 2, clearly hoping that Chris Holder's renowned team riding skills will gain us loads of points 42-48. ps HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARCY!!
