Sheffield Vs (d)rye House Pl 28/04/16

Recommended Posts

Thought Glasgow were at Sheffield next week .Now shows the week after

Anyone know if there is a meeting next week now.

Not been a meeting on the fixture list for 05 May for Sheffield since they were published. Would presume no meeting, unless tomorrow is off and hastily re-arranged.

Looking at the official web page it says Berge and Howarth have been switched around for this meeting, surely at home Bates and Berge should be the changes. Bates has struggled at home this year, he's gating well but being passed coming out of the second bend into the back straight time after time. Berge is flying out of the starts and powering on when hitting the front.

Perhaps it's has somebody said when this was suggested before, that Stead doesn't want to ride with him after what happened in the Ben Fund meeting.

Bright sky's in Sheffield at minute but forecast not the best. With the weather in this country it's hard to believe the last time Sheffield had a rain off at home was 2014 season; not 1 last year or so far this year.

If it goes ahead it's hard to see anything other than a Sheffield win by 10+

I agree with the change; it had to be either Kyle or Josh going to 2. Kyle doesn't seem to have got the set up yet or riding the right lines. Maybe riding with Steady will help him find the fastest way around.

Must be me then. I came up in 2014 to stay within walking distance of the stadium and it started raining just after I arrived and didn't stop. I'm just about to leave and I'll be staying at the same place...

Would that be the Barracks?

The cheap & cheerless Alara B & B.

Just as well it's cheap as I fear it could be a wasted journey, sadly.
