Well done everyone!

We get a British World Champion and we get told to boo him because ( and delete which you want) he isnt British / doesnt ride in the UK / doesnt ride in the British Final.

What a sad pathetic bunch you all are

Exactly, some people on here are so short sighted. I don't like the fact he doesn't want to ride in the UK after our clubs help develop him but instead of slagging him off and booing him people need to ask an important question... 'why?'.

We need to be listening to a world champion, and if he has valid reasons we need to address those. If his reasons are not valid in that he cant be bothered, then so be it, boo away.

The BSPA did when he suggested training camps for Team GB. Woofy didn't attend. I don't do booing

I'd no idea he was friends with them all.

That must make you his stalker, bless.

sorry to dissagree with you, but just because Tai chooses to earn his wages abroad (perfectly legal in the EU) that doesn't make him the person you are trying to make him. Like I said earlier, the blame lies solely at the door of the BSPA.

and it certainly doesn't make him the person you are trying to make him , you are right in one respect though , this situation was brough about entirely by the BSPA , when he first arrived on these shores .the bspa sholud have stepped in and told him to gwet in the queue behind genuine British riders looking for a break . and not rolled out the red carpet with Gp nominations and team GB team places .

I am a woffy fan and agree with why he won't ride over here. I was being sarcastic with the line-up

Not a stalker though, it's not my fault he doesn't have a blind in his bathroom window is it :unsure::nono:

Get it into your head, Woffinden is where he is because he has immense talent, works damn hard and is relentless in the pursuit of his goals.

Arriving upon these shores he was already head and shoulders above any other British rider of the same age.

There was no 'red carpet' rolled out for his Team GB place, he was given a place in Team GB because he was better than the other so called 'genuine British riders'. Incidentally, one of those 'genuine' British riders, Scott Nicholls has refused to race for his country but is quite happy to take individual glory in British Finals. I don't see you slagging him off.

Unfortunately some British youngsters are surrounded by bitter, jealous, xenophobic people. If they weren't surrounded by people who continually blame others for their lack of progress they may well have fared, or fare better.

As for being arrogant, then again I'm ok with that as this arrogant speedway rider has done more for Charity than any other world champ.

When did he last ride in the Ben fund charity meeting ?

Surely a British world champion would jump to promote and take part in such a great cause for fellow injured riders racing in his home country ?

I'm merely pointing out that Tai like any other person/sportsman/worker is entitled to choose where they work, it would be great if speedway in the UK was ridden in front of full houses and attracted the big names like yesteryear, but sadly it don't anymore and until it does we will not attract the big names.

These other big names that you speak of . learned their craft elsewhere .they owe us nothing . unlike Woffinden . you and I can to and fro forever and it wont change my mind one bit , can't imagine it will change yours either . so I'm happy to leave it at that . because the constant debate only creates opportunities for my personal troll to cut and paste his rants about zenophobia ,racism . and his constant personal slurs on my son . so i will trot off and amuse myself on another thread . until the vile creature turns up there

Skidder1 appears to be very important - but thankfully only in Poole

I don't particularly like to see any rider bad-mouthed whether he's a favourite or not!! Especially on a thread that appears to have no factual basis!

Just expressing my opinion.

At least I appear to be important somewhere - unlike some others. :D
