Email them Is that what the contractor's put in the sub-soil on the 3rd bend at the NSS, which has caused water to seep up through the surface? If it was, it certainly did beat the starter, the referee, the riders and everyone else. (E-mailng the Belle Vue club has proved a joy recently. No response seen to many questions asked.)
