Woz01
Although i don't see why the fixture was put on this date in thw first place, Horton is well within his rights not to change the date once it was agreed. Ford wouldn't change the date if the boot was on the other foot. Other clubs have to make do when things like this (happened to Cov numerous times) at least it will make it closer. Steve Shovlar
I hope it will be entertaining for the thousands of attending fans. I doubt it though. Hope all riders stay safe. Why do you doubt it? KK and Harris love it around Poole, and we have some racers as well. For all the stick the Poole track gets on here from some, it does produce excellent racing most of the time and tonight should be no different. Lets squash those bees! poole keith
yep suncream reqd on the south coast today,a clear poole win for pirates, cov no chance with r/r however with kk harris and garrity hoping for some very competitive races.poole website bit out of touch with woryna down as an "injury doubt" and on the teamsheet its woryna or r/r ! poor lad out for a while, has he had his op yet?dont like to see any poole supporter hurt like that for the 2nd consecutive match am a guest of the match sponsors tonite in the restuarant getting used to this, will be back on wood bench with cheese sarnies next wk sorry steve i`ve repeated some of your post they both went the same time
Gemini
Yes, Woryna has had his operations and is now recovering at home. No idea when/if he will be back though as it was a really nasty injury.

Garrity has picked up form although Poole isnt one of his favourites but hopefully can score well. Cant see us getting close at all and I'm the one who is usually optimistic. I think if King has his gating boots on tonight and Bates can win the odd race, could be quite interesting. We will see. Could be worse, you could be Swindon! King is one place too high in the side but granted he's had decent meetings at Poole in the past, just wish he was at number 4!
SteveLyric2
As others have said, a beautifully sunny day down here today - however quite a strong chilly wind, forecast to get stronger as the day goes on (ferry crossings already cancelled) so it'll be interesting how much slicker the track is tonight and how much watering is done?! I'm sticking to my 52-40 prediction.

mdmc82
Until we make changes I can't see us winning many away meetings. Think this would have been an easy home win anyway for Poole but now it will be even bigger with RR.
