Fromafar
When you look at the riders in fixtures to-night it brings home just how far British Speedway has fallen in World terms, very poor standard IMO .
Shale Searcher
Agree, we need to f### off the foreigners now and start from scratch again..... At a lower level, but plan to build higher every season, not build lower and dilute every year......

Midland Red
NO DOUBT about that m8 ... YOU must be a budding journalist, like me and Philippe! Â Lambert doesn't seem to have pushed on like was expected - is that so?
Gavan
When you look at the riders in fixtures to-night it brings home just how far British Speedway has fallen in World terms, very poor standard IMO . The elite league this season is the worst i have ever seen. 2 or 3 genuine world class riders and then 4 or 5 decent performers. The third heat leaders are made up of riders who 10 years ago would struggle to be Premier league number ones. Â YOU must be a budding journalist, like me and Philippe! Â Lambert doesn't seem to have pushed on like was expected - is that so? Are you serious? Lambert isnt even 18 yet?? He lacks ability out the gate and that might hold him back but how you can question that he hasnt pushed on is unreal. What are you expecting him to be Kings Lynns number 1???
sparkafag
 There has not been any time in recent history that Nicholls, King, Buzcowski, Hougaard, Andersen, Ulamek, Masters, Lindgren and Kennets current performance levels wouldn’t have been Number 1 in the PL standard  The EL as it currently stands is weak, but put some context on it at least

Are we really judging him on 2 or 3 matches with league barely underway?

I'm just loving watching the boy, have u seen him race at Lynn? He needs to gate consistently but years are on his side ....
Robbobee
So what changes can teams make when it comes to the end of May ? Â Assume any change of FTR / EDR Riders cann only be for other FTR / EDR Riders ? Â Is the rule the same that teams can only have 3 'designated' heat leaders still or could a struggling team sign a fourth heat leader as long as they are under the points limit ? Â Anybody know ... Â Peter Collins couldn't gate but he was still world champion, and perhaps should have won at least 1 more title.

The 3 heat leader limit doesn't apply after May 1st. EDRs can only be replaced from the EDR list.
KevH
Are we really judging him on 2 or 3 matches with league barely underway? Obviously, what else do we have to judge him on? Â Think about it......his performances so far, or his mother's hype........what's your choice?

Gemini
Over to Speedibee for the answer. The foreigners list might be quite long.
Alan_Jones
could someone confirm which nationals would be allowed to race or put another way which nationals are classed as foreigners? I'm not an expert on this, so don't quote me, but I think it could well be the foreign ones.
