Cliffeboy
Have a feeling Somerset lost points there, why give Jake Allen 4 rides when you have BWD scoring solidly? Good comeback anyway for Rye.I thought Jake was on the pace today, good second place behind Josh in heat 5 , and unlucky to rear and come off in heat 8 when comfortably in front. BWD was good today but wasn't sure about his machinery, two great gutsy wins by him though.
Ben91
We've relied on Kennett and Robson again. Kennett can't go through the card every week and Robbo put in the kind of score he is more likely to put in most weeks than the maximum he got against Plymouth, luckily the Robbo/Kennett partnership pulled it off in heat 15. Another poor return from Karger. Get Branford in and replace one of the second strings with a heatleader then we might stand a chance. phillipsr
Could we get Boxall for Karger? Boxall as a second string would score ok and pusk Kasper to reserve?

Shadders
Boxall always starts off well, but his machinery lets him down in the end. No doubting his talent, but you need more than that at this level. Today was a cracking meeting and a nail biting last heat decider. What more could you want? Rocketbee
Could we get Boxall for Karger? Boxall as a second string would score ok and pusk Kasper to reserve? No ,Boxall 6.16 and karger plus points below limit = 6.

phillipsr
Shame as he would average between 5.5 and 6 about double what Karger will

No doubting his talent, but you need more than that at this level. Today was a cracking meeting and a nail biting last heat decider. What more could you want? Boxall's had plenty of chances, it doesn't have to be him though. It's a sport, winning has to come first, that's a very average Somerset side by their recent standards, better sides will come and we won't be in it still come heat 15. Branford would have outscored Karger today, he's as good as if not better than BWD and on an average about 1.5 cheaper. If Karger doesn't hit his five average he has to come back on it next year, there's no benefit to us in keeping him to come back in 2017 on a low average because that won't happen anymore. Nothing against Karger personally but if he's not good enough a change has to be made sooner rather than later and another change has to be made further up the order for the good of the team's results. Adam Ellis is available to ride PL too and on a lower average than Karger as well.

Wilson-Dean was good value on Friday too - A pleasent surprise so far as I didn't think he would live upto much at PL level. He's certainly got something about him though. Plymouth are back in the LC as I understand it. So looks like we're going to be running pre-season group matches probably well into the summer then.... Sings4Speedway
Thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Rye since the revamp. The improved stands are a huge improvement and the track produces many more racing lines and credit to those using every inch of the track. Kennett was awesome, Robson delivered again and i could watch Heeps every week trying everything possible to get past those in front. Morley also is worthy of credit and was harshly excluded when the ref failed to even see a BWD dive bomb. For the visitors Wright, Starke & BWD aside the rest had off days which Rye can consider themselves lucky but brilliant effort to turn the match around. Like several have said before Karger does seem out of his depth and i can see a change coming if he doesn't improve dramatically.
waco
Good turnout for a great meeting on a track that now suits out and out racers..Looking very vulnerable early on the Rockets fought back to gain victory in a last heat decider with Edward Kennet looking head and shoulders above the rest and ..with some of the middle order saving their best efforts till late on,,Even Karger who is yet to impress showed signs of improvement in his last two rides..The track looks like it will produce exciting racing for the fans which in turn should keep the faithfull coming to Rye...

Ref got it spot on with Morley , he heard BWD coming I think looked over his shoulder and started sliding off, def no contact , we were on the back straight right behind them. Ref made a very quick decision so probably no doubt in his mind. You win some, you lose some in those situations.

Cliffeboy
Our match against Plymouth was only a Challenge match, not an official fixture.Yeah I know but I was wondering wether it could have had the classification changed as both teams had no guests, the abnormality was the T/R but don't tell Scunny. I was the other side of the track but from my angle it looked as though BWD dived at a gap that wasn't there and was at best a hard unnecessary move. Ive seen them given both ways and will again. That said i thought both were excellent and long may the entertainment continue.
