Shale Searcher
Nobody gave the lions a chance at Sheffield, especially once the Tigers had strengthened with Doyley in for Stead, and then the Lions being without Wozniak, who was replaced by Auty in the main body of the team, and then using Widman to replace Auty... But the Lions scored in depth, and won 43-47 Maybe Coventry 46 Lions 44 Edited March 24, 2016 by Shale Searcher
Mr Bump
Just back from the pub with big beer goggles on, can see a comfy win for the Lions with Les Collins going through the card...hang on what year is it?

Mr Bump
Indeed. Phil Herne will probably still only score 3+1 though if he's on song

Are you kidding? An EL team will always beat a PL team baring some sort of epic disaster. Im not sure what the relevance is to an EL meeting that you scored 47 at a PL track with a hybred EL/PL team vs another weaker hybred EL/PL team! Game On
It's an odd one this. I think Coventry are quite a bit better than Leicester over a full season but Poole aside, Leicester are the Bees biggest threat at home due to the make up of their team and the Brandon specialists it contains. While the Bees top 2 should have a field day, Leicester should stop our bottom 4 from scoring too many and King will probably struggle against the track specialists at heat leader. I'll go with a 47-43 home win Score draw for me
The Voice Of Reason
If you want to do a Armed Services discount then id agree with that. Why?
Woz01
Why? Simply as a thankyou for their services to the country. Many have/will put their life on the line at some point in what must be the most difficult job for the person and their family.

You mean being used as pawns by successive governments to illegally invade other countries and (often inadvertently) killing innocent men, women and children? Personally, I'd prefer concessions for Doctors and Nurses; those people in society that actually SAVE lives. I don't expect you to agree and we are all entitled to opinions. However, there are still some of us not completely brainwashed by the capitalist media.

mdmc82
I think this will be very close. Auty should score big at reserve on his former home track.
