Woz01
Bees should be looking to win this but Leicester have track specialists in Ulamek and Walasek which should keep the meeting competitive. 50-40 is my prediction. Happy Hunter
Are the Bees the only Elite League Club who do not have a reduced admission charge for OAPs? If they are what a stingy lot!

How shocking, many organisations realise the efforts and danger that many of todays oaps have put themselves through to keep this country safe and repay them by offering discounts on services and sporting events etc. Edited March 24, 2016 by A ORLOV

GREDON
According to this weeks Speedway Star, at the moment looks as if Coventry are only one of Elite and Premier League tracks not offering concessions to OAPs. Believe quite a few OAPS have decided to stop going. Will have to see if team performs, might persuade some to come back
CB252
The OAPS just need to buy an NUS card online, then they can get in for a fiver.

Happy Hunter
The OAPS just need to buy an NUS card online, then they can get in for a fiver. I like this. I think I will see if there any colleges in Manchester offering a 'How to run a speedway meeting.' course. You're being sarcastic, right? You ought to include in your list 'and occasionally watching speedway at Brandon for the past 50 years". Stingy? Is that a pun? Sorry! Bees to win 50-40... Hopefully walasek finds a bit more speed at owlerton tonight. If he's on the pace, we can make it competitive

I'm a little nervous about this one to be honest!I agree. I would feel more confident if King and Garrity weren't having so many bike problems. I think on paper Leicester have one of the strongest reserve pairings in the league. They have ex bees Ulamek & Auty who ride the track well. I don't think Leicester look as bad as people say due to reserves so going to predict a narrow home win. beckettlion
Paddy looked brilliant in the challenge. Seb and Greg looked a little off the pace, hopefully just blowing some cobwebs off. Still think we're the weakest team in the league, but enough about us to Spring a surprise or two
mdmc82
Poor night for Bates (2) & Garrity (started well but scored 5) against Leicester tonight at Sheffield 😕
SCB
It's an odd one this. I think Coventry are quite a bit better than Leicester over a full season but Poole aside, Leicester are the Bees biggest threat at home due to the make up of their team and the Brandon specialists it contains. While the Bees top 2 should have a field day, Leicester should stop our bottom 4 from scoring too many and King will probably struggle against the track specialists at heat leader. I'll go with a 47-43 home win
