Mark
No one is. No one has collided with more riders than Pedersen. His debut in Poland was him crashing with 2 riders in one heat. There's no one close to Pedersen. I disagree. Pedersen has improved over the last few years. Doyle is the new knock them off King.
RobMcCaffery
That's twice now Doyle has blatantly felled a rider. Unlike the Pawlicki incident he only needed one hit this tome to fell the opponent. It's more like watching banger/stock car racing than speedway. We've seen previously in the snow how ruthlessly riders are treated at Zielona Gora and this does rather show the results. On a day with such awful news coming from Rybnik someone needs a word. At least Doyle was duly excluded this time. Very concerned for Rempala - sounds awful.. I pray it's not as bad as feared.
Mark
I disagree. Pedersen in the Doyley's age was much much more dangerous. Doyle is 30+ I think.
HenryW
We've seen previously in the snow how ruthlessly riders are treated at Zielona Gora and this does rather show the results. Doyle has always been a hard rider. I'm not sure what the meeting in the snow a few weeks ago has to do with that.
June01
Reading the reports on Rempala, even through translation, makes for worrying reading. Indeed. There is a video clip on twitter that looks to me like his helmet came off even before he hit the track. Hope for some good news.

iris123
We? lol You have as much in common with Stal Gorzów as me with Maybachs rofled I feel very close to both clubs and of course Cities as they are of course traditionally German cities.I think one of the earliest references to Zielona Gora was a document that mentioned Gruninberg(Grünberg) and of course Gorzow was Landsberg and both were protestant for many many years. It is only relatively recently that the Germans were forced out and Polish people from other areas populated them But of course Eddie and Zenon were the daddies of polish speedway and had the men from the green mountain in their pockets Edited May 22, 2016 by iris123

RobMcCaffery
Doyle has always been a hard rider. I'm not sure what the meeting in the snow a few weeks ago has to do with that. I'd have thought it was obvious that I was commenting on the ruthlessness at Zielona Gora, illustrated by Doyle's over the top riding and the case of the meeting where riders were forced to carry on racing through a snowstorm. Yes Doyle has always been a forceful rider but not reckless like this. When you look at their fans behaving like a cheap imitation of football thugs, with their pretty "Falubaz Hooligans" banner and the behaviour of a certain representative of their 'supporters' on here it doesn't paint a very pleasant picture of the place or its attitude. Anyway, what matters is Rempala. My wife witnessed at Hackney what happens when riders lose their helmets. I pray this time the effects are not fatal. scottyfan
Never known a helmet to come off before, best wishes to Rempala Know of at least two cases of a helmet coming off. Frede Schott's at (I think) Ipswich? And KK in Poland a few years ago.
SPEEDY69
Helmets only come off if not fastened properly or they'retoo big to start with - often see this with those new to motorcycles as they don't like the feeling of a tight fit. Sounds a nasty accident.
