Alan_Jones
With what's is this connected to? What did he do/not do to end up 36K out of pocket?? He did an under the counter deal with Bydgoszcz in 2013 that his money wouldn't be reduced if his average dropped. They didn't stick to that so he took them to a PZM tribunal which ruled in the club's favour as it was an illegal deal, although they did rule that he was owed 8,000PLN. Chris Harris finances were said to be very healthy a few years back, not millionaire standards but very nice indeed. His familys house in Binley Woods would be worth a few bob alone! Not really sure how a contract mutually agreed between two parties can be considered illegal, but if the team agreed an illegal deal with a rider, then surely the team not rider should be penalised? Surely, they are both guilty of breaching the rules. It would be an offence to sign a contract that doe not comply with the rules & both parties would be expected to know the rules. That's why it is sensible to use a lawyer when signing this type of contract.

heathen chemistry
the only money in it is for your at the very top .....which has to be the case , what else could all other riders aspire to become ,,, id be more concerned with other things that take a huge amount out of the game , ie the expensive engine tuning
