Shale Searcher
Poland has been streets ahead with its tracks, stadia, following, and wages now for around 5 to 8 yrs now.. Rumours of riders not getting paid, tracks going bust and the fan base plummeting.... What needs to happen to tip it over the edge and suddenly create a high profile list of riders looking for British Elite League Clubs to earn their corn....? KIRKYLANE
Non payment of riders is not a new phenomenon. Struggling clubs in GB have had similar problems going back years. Sweden have had problems in recent years.
Tsunami
Isn't Emil still owed about 200,00 € or £'s from his Polish team of about 3 years ago. Yet that team was still allowed in and raced the following year, i believe.
RPNY
It happens in every country as has been mentioned before. I think the EL will be gone before the Polish league will. At least they put themselves into good positions when times were going well. Stadiums, youth programmes etc etc. What did British Speedway ever do when they ruled the Speedway all those years?
