There is no way on earth that Leicester will finish bottom,we have the best reserve pairing in the Elite league and reserves win matches.....If as expected Auty goes in to the main body of the team we would have Klindt or Wozniack to replace him.

Leicester top half team no probs.

Would like to see you finish there.

Are you on drugs ..reserves won't win matches when you have a top 5 like that .

????

you put his average as 6.45 and said he would double it

Did you know ...after all these years he 's been fooling us all with his stupid act . Edited by orion

Josh Auty is a good reserve but no better in my opinion than Kyle Newman, Kyle Howarth or Steve Worrall and of the number 7 riders I would say Josh Bates and Adam Ellis are two of the best but Paul Starke is very good.

The trouble is that Leicester are going in with Ulamek and Hougaard who haven't been here under this format and little says that they are anything like the riders they were when they last rode here and Hougaard only has a six plus average due to a long spell at reserve when he was here and nearly lost his team place when he was averaging under four points a match.

Walasek is hit and miss while Wozniak and Klindt are inconsistent and may struggle. Even if they do drop to reserve, there could be riders like Thorssell or Bridger dropping down and at Poole you could easily see one of the heat leaders slipping down to reserve so unlikely to be trembling at Wozniak or Klindt possibly moving down.

Virtually everyone thinks Leicester are by far the weakest to start the season, surely that shows you what the true prospect is.

It was tongue in cheek, but clearly you are daft enough to take it in, says it all really. DUH..

Another one clearly as daft as a brush. And some have the audacity to call me thick. A keepnet full of fish.

And i thought better of you..

Ah, so once again it's clever ol' Starman, that outwits the rest of us with his pretend stupid comments that fooled us all.

(I don't think so)

I am in tears now. The Jerran Hart thread was a classic but Hans Andersen doubling his average is something else. The thing is, we all know that sooner rather than later he'll come out with another one.

Yes, hilarious. :D

btw When does he get released?

I'd go along with the general consensus of Belle Vue & Poole at the top though this can quickly change with the fluid nature of modern day teams.

For me though The Aces have a good team with the potential to under perform but as a fan I have to believe they will continue their steep improvement that saw them, cheating aside end as a championship side.

Coventry will be in there as always, especially if the Pole under performs and is efficiently replaced.

Kings Lynn will start well and it's in their hands how they play the numbers game when it comes to NKI's departure.

Lakeside will be Lakeside, good at home but poor away. Bridger is the key and I for one hope he succeeds.

Leicester will finish bottom but I hope Patrick has a good year.

Poole have a strong top end as they "managed" to sign four heat leaders and coupled with the dodgy draft has made them once again tainted favourites.

Swindon will be one of the most attractive visitors in my mind and if the Aussies gee each other up they can pull off some good results.

Wolves have a Belle Vue of old feel about them and will frustrate their fans with inconsistent results. I like Sam and Kyle so hopefully they will both do well.

If it is a replay of last year and The Aces continue their improvement then I'd go for an Aces victory with the pirates needing to cheat again to mirror last years result.

Whatever happens this year as an Aces fan it's going to be memorable.

See you all at the new place and safe competition to all the lads on track.

I do. including your rather Childish remarks. Clearly you have a mind like a sive, let me refresh it. I do not read Twitter. I do hope that helps. Please digest.

As it happens, I don't read Twitter either. Someone posted it on the BSF . I do hope that helps. Please digest.

Well thats ok then. But alledgedly, it came from Twitter. But to be honest, im really not interested in where it came from, because im not interested in people like that. He could have been a half decent rider, but there you go.

Wow this is a tough one. You have seven teams that look like they should be in the Premier League. Coventry and Belle Vue half decent but Bees can never seem to beat Pirates at Brandon and the Aces don't have Kirky Lane to worry them now. I can see Poole running the table and winning all 28 matches. As for Leicester, I was going to say the lineup reminds me of Oxford 2007 except that had Protasiewicz in it. Even if you went to your local specsavers it would still be difficult to see where the race winners will come from!

I'm not for one second saying Leicester will achieve anything or even be a threat this year, but we're not the complete cannon fodder everyone seems to have us as. The whole league is a lot weaker, and people saying they can't see where a race win will be coming from are being a tad ridiculous! Wozniak is ever improving and a tidy rider, Walasek will always win races, Ulamek was still going well in Poland last year, Houggard and Klindt can be hit and miss (at least they might hit sometimes!) and we have one of the best reserve pairings in the league. We won't win the league, we won't make the play offs, but we're not weaker than premier league teams and we're not going to go the season winless.

Wozniak is ever improving and a tidy rider,

Walasek will always win races,

Ulamek was still going well in Poland last year,

Houggard and Klindt can be hit and miss (at least they might hit sometimes!) and we have one of the best reserve pairing

Wozniak ever improving ? - he has had one season and while he has done quite well, he is not the next Pawlicki or Zmarzlik and if he can maintain his average he would do well especially if he has a spell as a heat leader.

Walasek can win races - He scored 78 points from 52 races for Zielona Gora and while he won 15 races he also failed to score in 15 and he does better there than here so I can't see him improving his average.

Ulamek - Doesn't even race in the top League in Poland and not the rider he was. Yes he will have some good days but he will do well to average six as a heat leader.

Hougaard and Klindt - Klindt may be the better signing as Hougaard is on a increased average due to reserve races last time he was here.

Auty will no doubt move up and Starke is a great number seven but they are without doubt the weakest of the eight teams and all will be inconsistent and lack points away from home. If they can win 10 meetings they will surprise me.

I have to say, injuries apart, I can't see past Poole lifting the title again. No clear weak links, riders for big and small tracks. Threats from Belle Vue and now with the withdrawel of North lesser so from Swindon.

One for the historians. What is the team with the most dominant history in the sport? Wembley? Belle Vue?

If Poole win the title this year will they be the most dominant club in the history of the sport in the UK over a given period? Genuine question and take into account in the old days there was no rider team building averages to work to.
