SteveLyric2
BT Sport have also announced another female sports reporter as well - can't recall her name at the moment?!
pugwash
I am after a bit of a favour from as many as possible Speedway fans that have their TV provided by Sky and have a sports subscription  We need as many people as possible to go into catch up on their Sky box then select Sky sports scroll across to more or by day. We need you to then download the TV match from Wednesday once it's done just watch a min of 1 minute then you can delete it again.  The purpose of this is the On Demand team are doing a review of the catch up service as its not possible to have every programme on there . They are monitoring the amount of downloads that are being done of each programme and we want to make sure that Speedway continue to be available on demand. Done it. Downloaded and then replayed it whilst i was out. No why was i going to view even a minute of that match. zzzzzzz
Reviresco
BT Sport have also announced another female sports reporter as well - can't recall her name at the moment?! Â Natalie Quirk was announced as fronting BT Sport's SGP and SWC coverage, alongside Scott Nicholls if that was the person you were thinking of Skidder: Â https://twitter.com/TheQuirkmeister/status/714859706007871488 Â Picture of Suzi at Arlington during her BT Sport speedway promo here: Â https://www.instagram.com/p/BDyQb0VLW4J/
Woz01
Nice to see BT Sport showing adverts for the GPs a full two weeks before the coverage starts.

Reviresco
Natalie used to be centre green presenter at BV so knows her stuff... Â I've no doubt she does and will be a great addition. I have though known a number of centre green presenters who, even if you were very kind, you could not say that they knew their stuff (or added anything to the meeting). I wonder if there has been a thread about presenters, the good, the bad and the ugly? Â Natalie has come over well (can I say that?) on BT's National League coverage - the Vanarama Football NL, not the speedway NL. Â At least Natalie and Suzi (and Scott) are fans of the sport, which I think always helps. Looking forward to it now. Â Just thought, the BT Sports studio is situated where Hackney Wick stadium in Waterden Road used to be, isn't it? A bit of an odd, what goes around, comes around. Reviresco
Sky meeting changed due to more problems at Belle Vue  Meeting now Apr 27 Kings Lynn - Poole.  Thanks AO. Not great to hear about the continuing problems at the NSS though. Looks as if the Aces will have started riding their away Elite League 'B' fixtures before they've ridden any'A' fixtures at home. Well done Sky Sports for re-scheduling and gives us a chance to see the Pirate galleon in action on TV now and have a guess at how many points they will win by. Also good to be able to have a look at young Lambert and Huckenbeck too. Weather permitting, of course.
LunnasPerm
Will tomorrow night's meeting between Belle Vue and Poole be going ahead on Sky? Â Will this be Belle Vue's first home match of the season?
OveFundinFan
According to BV website, no match Wednesday 27th with Poole, but hey, the experts on this forum may be able to tell you different depending on what rumours may or may not be flying around. Star Lady
Will tomorrow night's meeting between Belle Vue and Poole be going ahead on Sky? Â Will this be Belle Vue's first home match of the season? Â Â I think even Matt Ford would find that difficult to arrange as Poole are at King's Lynn and it's live on Sky. LunnasPerm
As I mentioned elsewhere, Sky still have tomorrow's live meeting as Belle Vue and Poole on their schedule. Â I'm not doubting that it isn't, I'm looking forward to the meeting at King's Lynn or wherever it is, but it shows that Sky are putting as much effort into their social media based speedway section as British speedway is into itself; little. A ORLOV
If any meeting is being shown it is KL - Poole since it is the only EL meeting on this week but the weather may be the winner. Â Have mentioned before the Sky live speedway web page is more often wrong than right.
OveFundinFan
As for the speedway gp season not now being shown on Eurosport, many different suggestions on how to get to see it, but as the tv rights was won by BT, and not being a fan of BT, I took my broadband/telephone contract to Plusnet (ok, I know a business linked to BT) knowing that they did an option of a monthly contract with BT tv sports viewing. That was back in November, I got 18 months broadband free (currently a deal available for 12 months free), just paying for tel line rental, and last Friday evening I ordered monthly viewing og BT Sport through Sky tv (which i already had) at £9.99 per month (monthly contract). Today BT Sport was added to my Sky tv viewing so I am set up for watching speedway gp live this Saturday evening. I will run it for 6 months which should see me through all the gps and euro championships.
LunnasPerm
I'm not going to be disappointed at 7:30PM when I sit down to watch the speedway, but I'm faced with Cricket's Top Ten Jumper Vests due to another postponement, am I? LunnasPerm
Meeting off. Typical. Â Put a plastic sheet over the track and you won't have this problem. Jesus Christ, what a backwards sport we have. Â Even this; cut-off Nigel and Kelvin, save the viewers the regurgitated "they did all they could" and stick on a re-run of a half-decent meeting from years back. Â Very disappointed. I agree, the riders shouldn't have to risk their safety, but I don't believe it had to come to this.

uk_martin
Can anyone corroborate something I saw from a poster from Germany stating that it's been announced over there that SGP's are to be streamed on YouTube this year? Speedway on Social Media!!! - Terry Russell and Slow Speed International, please note! Will it be unique to Germany or can anyone pick up the stream? Speedway on Social Media!!! - Terry Russell and Slow Speed International, please note! Will it be unique to Germany or can anyone pick up the stream? I would assume that the stream would be blocked in those countries that have a television deal  Live streaming of live events on YouTube isn't really something new, DTM have done i for years, Airbus have done the same with important events such as press conferences and first flights for new Aircraft models.
