I thought Natalie Quirk was a superb presenter, and I don't think Scotty said "you know" once! Well done Scott a very professional peformance and the two of you made a great studio team.

Agree with that , she's done ehr homework on a minority sport , asks relevant questions of scott , without talking drivel , her and scott make a great presenting duo , next stop god morning britian with Scott and natalie .lol

God I hated Keith Heuwen. He was a dreadful presenter.

Awful road racer as well . who actually believed he was better than barry sheene

As mentioned earlier the pictures we saw are all a part of BSI's feed which all networks around the world share.

The only thing BT sport provide is a channel to watch it on and the cushty studio shots/conversations with Natalie and Scott.

BT Sport will provide the feed at the Millennium Stadium, as Eurosport did last year. That's when we will see what BT Sport will bring to speedway.

Suzi Perry will be involved at Cardiff and World Cup race off/final at Belle Vue.

Typical abberation of Speedway made by BSI. I have counted 4 (four) cases of overtaking. Start > one path > 4 laps of yawning > finish. Even NICE PLŻ meetings are more entertaining.

Cya

You've miscounted, Hancock was passed 5 times on his own - that's without a single other pass being counted.

Not s classic by any means but for me for pass marks, we saw a few decent heats along the way. But no, it won't be remembered in years to come.

Well maybe i have. Was busy yawning. Only the Polish ones will be good though (excluding Warsaw) since only those are on natural tracks plus we ( hi rmc) Poles know how to prepare them. Rest along with GP of Poland gonna be on mobile tracks prepped by Olsen who has no clue that starting machine can fail and having no spare will make a crowd of 55k laugh at him. So start > queue > finish.

You really are an odious little person aren't you.

It was good to see the GP back on TV after the winter break.

As much as it pains me to say it I too thought BT made a good job of broadcasting the GP the presentation was good.

Led by an anchor who knows her stuff and is actually interested in the sport and Scott seems more comfortable in front of the camera now I do agree it would be better with another studio guest maybe somebody like Hans Anderson or Rory Schlein who both come over well on tv.

I know what some people mean about the host feed there was some strange vision mixing and camerawork taking place possibly due to local crews not being used to doing Speedway on a regular basis i know when Sky have done Cardiff before some guys have struggled with how you have to do Speedway as is diffrent to other motorsports. I presume Steve Saint is still the Director but can only do so much with what he gets from the local staff.

I'm currently in Poland and the replay of what was the live feed from BSI on youtube is available here now. I'm not sure if the live feed itself was available as I didn't look for it during the meeting as it was on TV in the bar I was in.

Was the live feed available on youtube in the UK?
Is the replay of it available now?

If it is, I'd be surprised if BT Sports were happy with that, and similarly if Canal+ were happy here in Poland...unless BSI have sold a contract that only offers them live rights and nothing else.

We've learned elsewhere to ignore the childish Polish troll. Nothing British is any good to the sad little racist.

Re the coverage, Natalie Quiirk can be proud of that superb work tonight.

I certainly can't remember a top score of only 10 over the basic 20 heat individual format.

The replay is indeed currently blocked in the UK.

Only two things disappointed me, one was the camerawork, which seemed to miss a few things, the other was Harris (last already). A few years ago a Polish team manager dropped him with the words "he's a weak rider" and so that seemed last night, he just didn't have the aggression or persistence, one example was when he meekly slowed down to allow Zmarslik to go by on the inside. I love my country and would love to see more Brits involved, but I also want to see some fight from them. I say to Harris "if that's the best you can do, withdraw and give Lindgren your place, it was frankly embarrassing."

Pretty dull GP no matter how much Kelvin and Nigel rave. Typical slick conditions and just when things look a little better they flood the track. It's a shame because that brings random results due to best gate and start wins but that's speedway!

New presenter was good but what the heck has Nicki P had done to his eyes - looking well weird!

Really good to see speedway again. but the meeting was far from being a classic, some good races though.

Last night I was reading the lead article in Backtrack magazine, the lead article re Joe Screen. In part, he was lamenting the old upright machines compared to the lay down machines where its no throttle or full throttle with no throttle control. Thats how I see Zmarzlick, not just last night but on other occassions. He is a very brave lad, no doubt about it, but to me he is hanging on to a rocket machine with no real finese. He will master the bike in time and no doubt be a contender for world titles for a good frew years, but I just wish we could go back in time and have the upright engines again - not a fan of these revvy modern bikes.

Disappointed on Zagar, especially on his home track, Krsko is obviously not his favourite place but last night was a bigger disappointment.

Once Doyle got going (third ride on) then he was impressive. Holder had a good night, but he seems reserved too many times, holding back - thoughts of injjuries and Darcys injury probably still playing on his mind and that may cost him a real chance of being Champ. Kildemand - always looks like a crash waiting to happen. May be me, but it seems riders hold back when they have PK around them. Same with fast freddie, rode well last night, but I have seen him chop across riders more then a few times, and I see riders are cautious when FF is about.

Nicki was not the same after the crash - change of bike presumably. Tai was lacking fire, but no doubt he is happy with his effort at the start of the season.

Watch the last couple frames of Selby - Fu snooker semi afterward and found that more nail biting at times, a real good match. Selby v Ding...... should be Ding to win fro what I seen.

I think it needs two analysts personally found the studio stuff rather drab ..she was ok Nicholls is usually decent but just a bit flat and i think another ex of current rider would add a bit more especially if it's someone a bit outspoken

Kildemand a crash waiting to happen that has won 2 gp's inside a year...yeah reckless isnt he?
