Three-year Deal For Bt Sport

I pointed out that a thread was already running, I didn't need to point out (I hope) that the thread in the GP section has many more comments and therefore would probably be of interest to anyone who thought this was the sole thread. Perhaps if you had a more efficient brain you might well have realised all of that ... .. Or are you just trolling?

Whoosh.

Good news.....I pay over 40 quid a month, (limited calls/broadband)for BT Vision, and BT Sport is free if you sign into contract. Good for Champions League football, Rugby Union, non-league/European/Aussie soccer.

BTSport have a freeview channel too it's in the 50s/60s numerically from memory. But I think from something I read that they're obliged as part of the Champions and Europe League along with English domestic football to show some games free to air.

So if true maybe as a sprat to catch a mackerel they may show other sports on a live or as live basis in the hope of attracting more customers.

One assumes you are referring to the commentary, which although not perfect, was perfectly fine.

The actual pictures were of course nothing to do with Eurosport and most certainly weren't 'crap'.

TBF, Eurosports coverage of Swedish Speedway was crap. Sometimes not show at all, sometimes shown late, sometimes shown but not in full. Crap is fair. But thats Eurosport, always has been

The commentary was total crap.

The pictures were fine but disjointed between heats leaving the viewer with static camera pictures and inane drivel from the commentators.

All in all a crap production. IMO I would rather do without.

no disrespect to video companies and common taters that film around the grounds, like re-run etc, but what eurosport dished up, knocked that out of the park..

thought it was superb (at times), and should be grateful of any speedway we get through our tv sets

They wouldn't be Maris Pipers then?:wink::unsure:
