Countershaftcounter
The draft order last is now out. How did Leicester get the rider top of tier 2 when they have one near the top of tier 1? And why are Newman & Ellis graded so low? http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/el16_issue_1.pdf Ellis didn't ride PL last year

And why are Newman & Ellis graded so low? http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/el16_issue_1.pdf Instead of using the averages gained riding as reserve in the Elite league 2015, they used the averages of the riders from the Premier league. That way Poole could fiddle Newman in,as he was now lower in the averages, instead of being 2nd pick in tier 1, he became 6th pick, which meant they could also get Ellis in as well. In my view it was stupid to use Premier league averages when they had averages riding as reserve in the Elite League. Any new rider coming on the list could easily have been given an assessed average. As usual the rule suited Poole as it always does.
stevebrum
EL draft averages should have been used for those who have been in the draft seasons so far. That would have been the fairest way IMHO.

mdmc82
Watching Leicester last night, I was confused how they could have a rider 3rd on tier 1 and still have the 1st tier 2 rider? Does anybody know how it was done this year as very uneven. Below are each reserve pairing and the number they are graded in their tier. Belle Vue: Worrall (2nd) & Jacobs (16th) Coventry: Bates (7th) &. Sarjeant (5th) King's Lynn: Wikinson (8th) & Rose (11th) Lakeside Kerr (4th) & Mear (10th) Leicester: Auty (3rd) & Starke (1st) Poole: Newman (6th😂) & Ellis (7th) Swindon: Wright (5th) & Nielson (6th) Wolverhampton: Howarth (1st) & Clegg (12th)
