Why Is There So Much Secrecy About The Reserve Picks?.

Recommended Posts

Looking at the list, do Leicester have 2 tier 1 riders or is it not in order?

In theory though, they said teams could have 2 tier 1 riders provided no other side selected them. Starke probably wasnt as strong as any of the original 8 tier 1 riders, but now our reserve pairing has 2 riders arguably stronger than both of Covs and Lynns reserves

It's not just the reserves that there is so much secrecy about! A little over 4 weeks to the start of the season & no details of 2016 rules, no confirmation of GSA's for team so far selected! Is there any chance that these will be confirmed before the end of April?

Maybe the chairman will announce this during his Q&A on twitter this afternoon..... or maybe not.

I think they have tied themselves up in so many knots now, that the 2016 Regulations will be almost impossible to write.

  • 1 month later...

why is newman at 6 he should be at 1 , and is it true that this season he starts with a 4.10 average, last season his average was getting on for 8

here lies skullduggery

Why should he be at 1??

1st tier start a number 6, 2nd tier start at number 7.

That's already been clarified.

Have you read it?

It says tier 1 at 6. Which Kyle

Tier 2 at number 7 - which Kyle isn't.

Rules say "c) The 6th and 7th riders (by MA) must ride at #6 or #7. NB, only an EDR may ride at #7" - Kyle is an EDR so he can ride at 7. What that rule means is that if a 1-5 rider drops to reserve they have to ride at 6 - no idea why as 6 and 7 is the same with this forum
