LisaColette
I'm sure Kim will look forward to working with him now he's came out & said he'd have got rid of him. Whether meant in jest or not he really should've been more professional. Well he's hardly likely to say 'yeah, I'm glad we got rid of Bjarne' in front of a Poole crowd is he!! Although without seeing the way it was said, it is hard to know how serious to take the comments.

He works for Lakeside not Poole regardless of it being held at Poole.

I would take it with a pinch of salt when it's being said in front of a Poole crowd. Just my opinion though!

liam
Kim Nillson might🤔I bet he's having sleepless nights about it. Didn't know Tatum said he would have dropped Kim though.
E I Addio
I get what you're saying. If he put it as one of his tweets on twitter then you would know he really means it. I would take it with a pinch of salt when it's being said in front of a Poole crowd. Just my opinion though! Exactly. Very unprofessional of Tatum to run his mouth off about the club he works for at an event hosted by another. To be fair, we only have Shovlars paraphrase on that. We don't know quite what though he was trying to express. All things being equal, a team that includes both Bjarne and Lewis is a fair comment but once you throw in the fact that Bjarne will be missing crucial matches it puts a different complexion on it. Kelvin is only the coach, he is not part of the promotional team so is not necessarily going to be considering all the angles particularly as there was very strong feeling amongst the fans last year when there were guests in practically every match. Daytripper
Two of the points that came out of the fans Forum last week were firstly that it was Kelvin that made the approach to Lakeside to become involved, not the other way round. Kelvin was in the Lakeside pits a most Fridays last season, and as is known rode in the opening match. He obviously knows how the club works and feels comfortable with the promotion otherwise he wouldn't be there. Its not as if he needs the money so whatever was said I dont think it should be taken as bad mouthing the promotion or even voicing serious disagreement. Secondly, Kelvin was sitting next to Jon Cook and Stuart Douglas and nodding in agreement when Jon was saying they were trying to get around the fixture clashes but if they couldn't they would have to make adjustments at the top end of the team because they wanted to get it right from the off. So all in all I dont think much turns on what may or may not have been said. Tapes up in exactly 3 weeks and we will soon know whether the strategy is working. Reviresco
See Tatum has now tweeted about Lewis Bridger's signing: 'A few of you have been asking about @lewisbridger27's return to @Lakesidehammers - it's one we're all feeling very positive about! Jon Cook and I met with Lewis and we were very impressed with how he has prepared himself to get back into the sport. He seems a very reformed character on face value and I think between ourselves and @ProRaceTeam we can help him realise his potential again.' 5 likes Repl

All he ever proved before, was that he wasn't really good enough, has some miracle happened, one wonders?

Shale Searcher
I notice Rosco is creaming his pants about him and has included him in the GB squad. All he ever proved before, was that he wasn't really good enough, has some miracle happened, one wonders? Why on Earth would you do that? A rider returning after a premature retirement, someone who has fragile temperament, who hasn't ridden a competitive race in 20 months or so! That has stuck a whole load of pressure on the lad straight away.. Terrible move in my opinion..!
