MattK
Unbelievably people are actually bidding on this. Love the desciption, "A FASCINATING, RARE SPEEDWAY COLLECTOR'S Every speedway pits is littered with them because they are just rubbish and costly to dispose of legally. Might have a trip to Kirky Lane and fill my car with them, make myself a fortune I think it's quite cool. Obviously my wife would go berserk if I hung an old tyre on the wall of our spare bedroom though.

You often find people paying over the odds at charity auctions. Yes it's rubbish and has a real value of probably negative figures but if someone wants to donate to charity and get some "memorabilia" in exchange then good for them! Personally I'd prefer to pay the £27 the winner is currently committed to towards the eradication of cats. They rubbish in my garden and sit no my car leaving muddy footprints and hair over it. Little gits. Edited November 3, 2015 by SCB

Little gits. It isn't a charity, it is someones hobby if you like, rescuing stray cats, and as you alluded to, I would send him some hessian sacks and a few bricks to drown the pests. TBH though, even as a charity auction the item should have some value, either financial or otherwise, and an old tyre, with or without any signatures doesn't

The BSPA should be offering them a role to sell British Speedway to the masses!

SCB
What about your cat, the one that sleeps on your bed ...You horrible person! He's one of my reasons for hating cats. He's evil. But with him being asleep on my bed I also know it's not him that leaves muddy prints on my car and hair on the roof, it's someone elses. Should I ever find it then I'll happily kick the little bastard!

No number 1 & not sure on Richie Worrall - was v poor last year in PL so he'd have to step his game up big time in the EL. Hope to be stronger than that

Hope to be stronger than that Next season was always going to be tough to begin with for the Aces, we won't have any home advantage until all our riders have dialed into the new track, and there's no guarantee that any of them will, so the above team with 3 of our own asset's (4 if Cook signs as an asset) could be as good as any other we can build on the present points system. Personally though I would somehow like to fit J Doyle in as our new number 1. Edited November 4, 2015 by hyderd

Imagine, the Aces ending heat 1 with a heat advantage, something we rarely saw in 2015.
Aces51
Much more important that we have a points advantage after heat 15 and we saw plenty of that in 2015. I would also like to see Doyle in the team but his high average means we would lose out lower down the order.

J Doyle could be lost to the EL because of the low team average.
