Sure i read on here that PL no 7s were guaranteed a minimum of 4 home meetings from the start.

If this 4 only applies to official fixtures, then that would be completed later than 29/4.

Also no guarantee as to when Davey will be given UK Citizenship.

Fair enough if that's true, it makes total sense anyway.. (which is strange for British Speedway!)

The last sentence is also true, if only we could see the future. :)

Assuming Davey is given UK Citizenship he will then have to apply for a British Passport and that could take a while to be issued.

Hilarious!

CSI Clouseau missing the bleedin' obvious.

And Blobby struggling to give clues without saying the bleedin' obvious.

Aw well it's all sorted now, Embra have 7 riders.

Armadale GPs can stop prescribing Prozac.

The Queen can carry on with her birthday celebration plans - assuming Embra have given their permission.

That is indeed what the regulations say. But does that mean a rider who was born in the UK but never gone abroad, and therefore does not have a passport, is ineligible for the NL? Surely not!

Confirmed on the Monarchs site that it is Dan.

Heavens he looks young!

Best of luck to the lad.

Has he been granted time off school?

So, reading between the lines, Bewley is the Monarchs no7 for a minimum of 4 home meetings. After that, he could be replaced by Davey or if fixtures clash & BV have priority, he is replaced by a more experienced no7. Sounds good business if you ask me!

Dan riding in his first official meeting tonight for Belle Vue against a decent Cradley side. Hopeful all goes well.

Looks superb, easy 1st & leading Ashley Morris for 1.5 laps. Definitely one for the future - bit early for PL tho IMHO. Have seen British Youth riders bigger than him

Treat him well & hopefully will be excellent for Monarchs next year

Nah, kick him out for an Aussie journeyman when he gets his British passport.
