If this 4 only applies to official fixtures, then that would be completed later than 29/4. Also no guarantee as to when Davey will be given UK Citizenship. Fair enough if that's true, it makes total sense anyway.. (which is strange for British Speedway!) The last sentence is also true, if only we could see the future. That is indeed what the regulations say. But does that mean a rider who was born in the UK but never gone abroad, and therefore does not have a passport, is ineligible for the NL? Surely not! After that, he could be replaced by Davey or if fixtures clash & BV have priority, he is replaced by a more experienced no7. Looks superb, easy 1st & leading Ashley Morris for 1.5 laps. Definitely one for the future - bit early for PL tho IMHO.
