Just seen on the Eagles site that Adam is riding Saturday, hope he has a good meeting with no falls or anything to make his injuries worse. Jonny the Spud the man in the know called it right again!

I believe Jonny is his father and what a proud dad he is entitled to be.

I had heard that he was a relation, ( probably on an earlier post of yours! ) if he is Adam's father as you say must be proud and I hope they're both pleased to be at Eastie as much as we are to have them.

Any News on Nick when he is going to return? As he must be fit enough now, and the problems they had with charlies bike seems sorted so looks like the boat has almost stopped rocking, come on the Eagles need a good performance this week.

any predictions anyone ? the sun is out for a few days so we're making the trip up for the first time this year, so if it rains you'll all know who to pay to stay away. between injuries and the weather both sides have had faltering starts so feels like the start of the season again. haven't got a clue what the score will be but hoping for an eagles win of course. sunny eastbourne here we come.

Hoping for a good performance from the Warriors, but it'll be tough around Arlington. Good to see Ellis is fit and I expect a max from him and Knight (if he's sorted out yesterdays machinery issues). Kelsey has been a bright spark to the season so far so hopefully he carries on and we have to look at packing 3-3s ahead of the 'weak' bottom 3. Jason Pipe never got to prove or disprove his point haha. All in all I think Eagles' top end power will see them to a 10-12 point win.

Warriors will struggle to make 40 imo Kelsey for 12 tho

If he doesn't ride heat 15 that's a maximum! Did he ever stay on the bike for 4 heats in a row in a match last year?

As long as we get all the points which I'm sure we will, hope he does, think he may end up being their top scorer if he gets 9.

I do think he will do well, I hope we see him back next season and at the rate he is going maybe as a heat leader.

not sure about fit ! it was a big crash, writing off one rolling chassis. he's still in a bit of pain and this will be his first outing / test of the shoulder

Hopefully he has a safe meeting then, all we need is young brit on his top level "break through" season having a set back.

Whilst he knows his body best with world u21 qualifiers individual and teams we need a fully fit Adam Ellis.

Kelsey won't score a max as proved tonight when he comes up against the big riders he runs a last.

I reckon

Heat 1 2

Heat 5 1

Heat 8 3

Heat 11 0

(I was joking)

I Dont really care as long as we have speedway and good racing and Eastbourne win, i would like to see Kelsey have a good meeting but i think the score at the IOW yesterday against soke was a false score

He's been scoring consistently well this season.

Seems like it was, hopefully for Easties sake otherwise it could be tougher than we would like, although I still think we'll win by at least 12. Edited by gazzac
