Ben91
It's important to not get carried away about Clifton I feel, there are no guarantees he will go well. It is likely he will hold his own but he is as much of an unknown quantity as the other new three pointers coming into the league.

Takes the pressure off him to settle back in but also will be massive for Jack Thomas to have a strong partner all season. If Danno is back next term who is to say it's not as number 8. He said he has 2 meetings in 1 day so unless he was going as the number 8 I would imagine he is in the team. Since I said this on here he has removed the post but It won't have changed what he said. IAN2
Bowen and Mason me thinks, sadly forget Baseby as feel he is not going to ride. Would have preferred Owen as better away from home than Mason but average does not fit. Danno in as far as I know but not all signed and sealed as a few permutations to change remain with available riders still on the sidelines, expect a domino effect when Eastbourne get sorted. Bolt
Jacobs is being mentioned on Eastbourne link, no reason why he couldn't be in the mix for Kent?
IAN2
Full 1-7 to be announced on Mon 4th Jan. we wait with bated breath.
Alex2000
Jacobs Verge and Mason I'm thinking
waco
The other possibility is Luke Bowen,,not sure if he, or Jacobs wants to ride either would make for a strong top three at kent with good back up at least at home from Mason ,,problem with his medical problem is his attendances away from home are likely to be similar to Baseby,s last year.. blueherb777
Full 1-7 to be announced on Mon 4th Jan. we wait with bated breath. Surely not Verge and Mason. That would be really poor lazy signings.IMHO.

blueherb777
AJ is king..I think you could be dissappointed on monday ..? As I have said before,a team built by Mr Silver will always disappoint. What progress has Verge made ? None. Mason just does not do it Away ! Kent will end up a THREE man team - like last season. Hob Nob
Bowen said on Facebook #skiing #new team go figure guys. He is Kents number 1 with Mason & Verge. I think the comments about Verge are a little unfair. He is a great kid & has the skills just lacks confidence. He may prove himself this season.
Alex2000
#skiing- he would be no good in a speedway race on skis. BTW what is his average his PL (did he ride Pl?) converted or NL? whistlegang
I'll take Verge for another season but only if we get Bowen and Widman/Dugard. Do we have enough points left for Boxall, Bowen and a 3pt?!

Rode PL for Rye last season and would come into the NL on 8.52. I'll take Verge for another season but only if we get Bowen and Widman/Dugard. waco
If as exspected tommorrow ,Bowen lines up at no1 with the rapidly improving Ayres making two no 1,s in effect,,strong support from the entertaining James Shanes who is not as good yet as some think he is,and will need to sort his gating out to be up there with the big guns..Mason chipping in with steady 6,s and 7,s at home,, Clifton i can see averaging around 4 to 5 to start with and Verge taking into account that there are a lot of rookie reserves in other teams, can see holding his own at res.. and a rookie Jack Thomas at no7 who has the opportunity to show what he can do given time..Actually looks a half decent team to me...
