OGT
For me, a completely new song which references our pride and passion to defend our land. Including the pride of all involved in WWI & WWII & our immense battle against terrorism. It has to completely exclude anything to do with religion. Tommy 2 Jerry Nil, hallelujah......... Etc etc

Jason crump born in Britain spent a lot of his life in Britain has a British passport, started his carear on a British racing license but rode for austrailia. Tai chose GB as it was an easy route,he never had the British flag tattoo but chose the Aussie one,he chose to sing the Aussie national anthem but refuses to sing the British one ? Only idiots would support a plastic Brit . 100% mate its only idiots like Robert72, this polish twit and the dinosaur speedibee that somehow think he isnt British A lot of people think he is a plastic Brit but can't be bothered with the abuse they would get from someone like you if they said their views. He considered Australia his nationality as thats where his family came from......which is exactly the same as Tai he chose to represent the country of his parents and family the same as Crump did!!! Your the idiot pal as pointed out by many you are a sad pathetic person
Triple.H.
Maybe just maybe it's because he IS Australian?Stupid post alertStupid post alert He was born in England so he's English or British. Maybe you should look back and see what the British did for your country and show some respect. As if our forefathers hadn't done what they did you wouldn't have a country to be proud of.
OveFundinFan
With Tai being near the top of the championship table and NKI 3rd from the bottom, maybe Tai has it right and giving UK a rest to concentrate on 3 leagues and less travelling to seek his quest of being world champ, whilst NKI has chosen to do 4 leagues, which he admits in the past drained him, but hes chosen to go back to it. Humphrey Appleby
Thing is, I can't stand Jerusalem or Land of Hope and Glory either. Both old English with hints of Christianity. England isn't that way either anymore. The irony of Jersusalem is obviously lost on some.

Listen to Robert72 man! Tai lets down British Speedway by not riding here. He shouldn't want to be world champion when he can race in the Elite League. He should copy Iversen and race everywhere and be towards the bottom. And he should really have ride in the British Semi Final like Harris. That way he could have rushed to Warsaw and not practice just like Harris did. That way he could have got a lot less than 14 points but hey he wouldn't have let down the Uk

It's always been the same. Tai took his hat off and was respectful throughout our ghastly national anthem, and fair play to him. There's nothing to criticise. when?. after the Australian GP ? oh no sorry he had to be corrected about that by Greg Hancock . and of course he realised the error of his ways and put it right at Warsaw . without any input from his mega bucks sponsors Monster energy , I suppose they wouldn't mind if he showed his ignorance to a few thousand of their customers while wearing a cap and race suit with their logo emblazoned on it ,
The White Knight
If our anthem was not about the Queen only it would mean more, we need an anthem about our island and what makes it great! The people in the past have something to answer for lol I hate singing it cos of the words! Rule Britannia for me.

Hancock? He was doing exactly the same thing - laughing and joking during his own national anthem - after winning a gp last year. If you think Tai was in the wrong last year for doing that then fair enough. But it doesn't mean he isn't British. And, this time, he showed the anthem full respect. Still boring about the same old rubbish as per usual. Born in Scunthorpe, like his mom, like his dad. End of story. Anyway just catching up on last night's meeting. What a great track , just hope Cardiff is as good. Surely it's time for Nicki to retire now. No doubt will win the odd race again but he is well past his best days. Freddie should replace him next season , class act.
