thebaron
You are kidding! Longtrack was in the calender from the begining of the season,an nl league guest should of been used but godfrey cheated in his desperate bid to avoid the wooden spoon he owes theo imo he took a bullet for godfrey! The side you are talking about without theo is poor and will be in contention for the wooden spoon again What your saying is that Theo was not discouraged from keeping his Longtrack commitment. Which meant we could have a proper guest for him and not just an NL rider. Fair enough then well done Rob and cheers to Theo for taking the rap. Trust we did the decent thing by him and helped with any fine. Like I said rider of the year for me and would welcome him back; but dont see that. Not with you that we are poor team without him. Wont be many with a rider like Wilko at No6.
Blackadder
Anders Thomsen managed to get a 2-day sick note to miss a Peterborough match at Sheffield, thereby avoiding problems before the World Under 21 final, but their fans didn't seem to take umbrage about it. Ned Kelly 41
Is Alex still a Somerset asset?,any chance of us having him back? Alex Davies will definitely be at Scunthorpe. He is staying in Britain over the winter to build up funds to get his gear lined up.

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Even us Witches fans who partly defended him know Rohan was in the wrong. In hindsight he was lucky to get away with 21 days. I still dont think the intention was to knock Auty off but once the move had gone wrong he had to take the consequences. Catch Me If You Can
I would haveTheo as the first name down for the team. Very surprised others feel different, or is he confirmed elsewhere. Berwick bound perhaps?
bullet
Time for my initial guess Josh 8.0 Zdenek 7pt (Ass) Ryan 6.68 (Assuming he keeps that and depending if it was a 2 yr visa etc...) Alex 6.26 Wilko 5.33 (Number 6 so lowest average in top 6) 3Pt national league rider That leaves 6.03 which to keep wilko at reserve only gives a list roughly of Lanham, MPT, Heeps, Manzaris, Kozza, Klindt, Bellego Wouldn't mind most of those but MPT or Klindt would be my preferred. As for the 3pt rider no idea really we could do with a full list of those eligible so we can start to guess at who they might be. (does clegg count and now become a 3pt instead of 3.4 as it states eligible for NL which he is) Edited October 27, 2015 by The Scunthorpe bullet

Paul Johnson
I got 6.23 too, Klindt we were told wasnt for us with Lasse Bjerre, as Scunthorpe Bullet says, not a lot left just on 6pts, David Bellego, Tofty, Cameron Heeps,Kasper Lykke,Leigh Lanham,Paul Starke,Rasmus Jensen, Just over 5pts you have..Eric Riss,(under wilko),Palovarra(under),James Sargeant(under),Gino Manzares(over but visa probs?),Anton Rosen(under ),Tero Aarnio(under,)Simon Lambert,Eric Grondal,Linus Eklof, Sam Simota,Matty Wethers(all under) and Rusty Harrison just over Wilko,There are loads at 4 pts and above but do we really go that low as we want the best reserve we can at 6. As of our 3pter ive heard good things about James Shanes.Liam Carr's been mentioned in a few teams. My pick is same as Bullets but with Bellego or Tofty in with Shanes as reserve,,,, both go very well around the EWR and should score well away at most tracks and i hear Shames a racer so our track should suit him Edited October 27, 2015 by neck brace tony

thebaron
So we're all sorted for 2016; thinking this through and not totally dismissing Zedi; we all would agree we have needed a big hitter. But with Carlos at reserve we appear not to be able to accommodate one. Well; you might be wrong; how about a potential No1 rider on a what appears to be a false final average. How about this Josh 8.00; Ryan 6.68; Alex 6.26; Carlos 5.33 and our new signings Bellego 5.98; Wilson-Dean 3.00 AND Ritchie Worrall 6.84 = 42.09 what a team; lots of scoring there. Fine if it is Zedi; but I just think that Ritchie Worrall can provide the big scores in the big heats and add 2pts to that average racing back at Scunny. Someone is going to land BWD so why not Scunny? and Bellego is right racer round the EWR; think Rob likes him. I can see Ritchie wanting to move from Somerset; not had the best of seasons and a move back to where it all began; could be a win win. EIS002
Think you will find Worrall at Glasgow.
