New era Panthers
Dont have a problem with Scunthorpe taking advantage of a rule, or finding a loop hole and making it work in their favour. What I do find strange is the Scunthorpe promoter, as part of the management committee, cant see its not in the interests of PL speedway where you have a rider who can come in on a 7pt average yet cant average 3pts on his first true average. Is the rider good enough for our PL. They didn't find a loop hole they created it
Paul Johnson
So it's ok to use a 3 point foreign wobbler in Holub but Panthers can't use cook and stokes nothing stopping you sign stokes is there? Well technically it won't need changing for Karger and the like. Next season he'll come in on a 5.00 average but won't be a 'new' rider so his average will drop to 3.00 and the team can strengthen up! Also Campton is on an assessed 5.00 at Workington, yet he isn't 'new' to the PL. because he wasnt in workingtons 1 to 7 last year, holoub was, and so was lyager,, if karger and etheridge sign for the same team next year then they will get a true average.. holoub was classed as 7 for team building puroses, lyager would come in again on a 7 then drop when he has done the required meetings. allthegearbutnaeidea
It's funny how the Scunthorpe fans havn't said anything before it was announced and are now experts of the rule book

Campton was in the 2014 Workington team so can't his average be carried from there or have the B.S.P.A' made a ruling against that happening as well
JCookie
What do you expect from the kind of **** who sits on a track when he doesn't get his own way? Edited May 7, 2016 by SavalasCloutingU21Champ

The rule book has no mention of what year a rider previously rode in or whether he's continually in the declaration or not. Campton's rolling average could be easily be calculated by using his 2014 figures.

peterborough daz
What rule book? Where is this said rule book that keeps getting refered too? It's time for change. Rick Frost and the coventry management were spot on.
