A trophy every year for the last four years, bet you the Rebels are there or there abouts again next season. team is always announced at the Xmas do , looking forward to it.

The team thats announced isn't usually the team that starts the season though😱

Not sure you can say usually, in 2014 Doyle and many others were hit with the visa thing, and last season Holders average was changed after the Rebels were given a verbal assurance of an incorrect average, which also affected other teams, hardly usually. The line up has often been tweaked during the seaso with positive trophy winning results.

wish they would get on with it then, still if we wait long enough there will be nobody descent left,so we know who we can have because all the others will be finished!

may be he's f**ked it up again,or after the last 2 years nobody wants to sign for us!!

I wouldn't worry, im sure Garrys got things in hand..

You mean after the last two years of success? Short memory? Remember the trophies that have been won? Reckon you must have been standing too close to oldtimer.... The negativity rubbing off on you?

Pretty sure Somerset will track a very competitive side at the start of 2016. I wouldn't be pressing the panic button just yet

Does make me laugh when people start to panic, everyone knows the rebels complete the 1-7 then announce it at a social night in December.

We will be fine, wouldn't surprise me if at least 75% of the team is already sorted

I have every confidence in Gazza but it would be nice to have a little bit of an idea of what the team will look like, just to keep the appetite moist. These are long dark months and as far as Speedway goes and Somerset fans seem to have to put up with old news all of the time or irrelevant stuff. We just have to be content with reading other clubs team building efforts. Come on Gazza !!! Throw us a few crumbs !!!

Don't Somerset usually have a get together to announce the team in December ? that's not long to wait surely. Once they have been announced it's a much longer wait till March.

Maybe way too long in the tail for away matches but given rumour's on who's going where?

Brady 8.73

Charles Wright 6.89

Richie Worrall 6.84

Paul Starke 6.00 (Rasmus Jensen - 5.92)

Cam Heeps 5.87

Robin Aspegren 4.82

3.00 pointer

42.15

Worrall and Aspegren out for Grajczonek and Greenwood as well as the 3 point reserve?

Rumours are going on about Josh going to Edinburgh which would make sense for him if he is doubling up with Belle Vue, and doesn't he stay with Kyle Howarth who is also based up t'north.

I'm guessing Nick will be at Swindon again so he may be in the frame again, but what about Sedgy who openly said he made error in an article in the star last year I think that he made a mistake leaving Somerset. More rumours abound regarding Ritchie with just about everyone, not sure if Gary will trust him to up his average to second heat leader behind Brady, which is where he needs to be imo.

I would think Paul, Charles and Brady will be nailed on , which is a good start as continuity is vital I believe especially at home.

Rasmus impressed at the back end of last season and Robin Aspgren certainly enjoys the OTA but not so sure on away tracks.

It will probably be Ollie Greenwood as the 3 pointer but if we could get Zach W as well that would give us more options at the top obviously.

Brady Kurtz 8.73

Cameron Heeps 5.87

Charles Wright 6.89

Paul Starke 6.0

Nick Morris 7.91

Ollie Greenwood 3.00

Zach W 3.00

Very solid at home I feel with enough in the tank to nick some away points and room for improvement.
