hackneyrocket
If the news regarding Alfie is true, then this says that the promotion at Rye are a bunch of idiots. Alfie ,Danyon and George are three of the best prospects to come out of last seasons Raiders team. To let one of them go is unbelievable. One fan looking elsewhere form speedway next season. Peterborough here we come!

Ben91
Second prospect we've let through the net this winter. Maybe he didn't want anything to do with the club, our loss definitely, hope Alfie can carry on his development at Mildenhall.
iand
Their website is notoriously rubbish....On their website now.http://www.mildenhallfentigers.co/index.php/news-centre/658-final-tiger-is-named I wonder if the reference to Andrew Silver means that Andrew is still involved in the sport. If it is what a loss to Rye.
bolly
Rye House website states that they have 5 of their 7 riders in place and signed up. But will not release names until all 7 are signed. Raiders will be racing home matches at 6.00pm on a Sunday Night. Personally I would prefer a set weekly night for my speedway at Rye and Saturday night suits me, but I hope we don't have some weeks of both sat and sun then some weeks with no speedway. Makes things difficult with the wife etc.. But hey ho we still have speedway and 2 teams to follow, next year.
PhilK
Their website is notoriously rubbish.... Would you like to clarify how the Mildenhall website is notoriously rubbish please? Like many things to do with NL speedway it is run by volunteers who put in a great deal of time helping outside of their full time jobs families and other commitments! Perhaps you may like to think before posting in future? Edited December 9, 2015 by PhilK

Press Release says that there will be no Saturday night meetings when the Raiders are at home on a Sunday, makes sense for fans financially but why not just run the Raiders meetings on the Saturday night in that case? Could it be that Raiders matches will be on GP weekends with the likelihood of better crowds on the Sunday?

Yes, the Cradley, Birmingham, Eastbourne, Stoke, Buxton, KL and Coventry websites are all decent. and I was just saying for the person who said that there wasn't anything on the website that they don't update it as often as some clubs do.... No you said it was 'notoriously rubbish'!!! the page is updated as soon as possible when the lady volunteer who kindly runs it is able! It may surprise you as someone who spends their 'life' on here, but she has a job, family and a life to fit in as well!!. We also have very active facebook and twitter pages to inform our support! Criticism is fine ... but try and get your facts right occasionally! Edited December 9, 2015 by PhilK

Criticism is fine ... but try and get your facts right occasionally! Me not being a Mildenhall fan I just occasionally check in on your website when Eastbourne are about up there. and I was just telling the person that said "nothing on the website" that theirs is slower than some of the others! And don't worry I don't spend my life on here I just have a thing called a phone that lets me check this when I get a spare moment which surprisingly probably like you is rarely! There were no facts in my post I just stated that the website isn't like some of the other clubs and social media is the best source of information. I'm sorry that I have caused upset with my post and I know every speedway team runs on volunteers. I post in a sarcastic way sometimes By the way I am surprised... A speedway fan WITH a life? Geez what next aye? Edited December 9, 2015 by Alex2000

Hob Nob
How about Jack Kingston? Good little rider if he keeps his head straight. Also Kelsey Dugard wouldn't be a surprise now Alfie has gone to Mildenhall?
JmeRay
I have no idea about the averages of the NL riders but I wouldn't mind seeing a team of Ben, Kyle, Marc Owen, Luke Priest, Danyon, George & one other if it could fit.
