george.m
Probably about as best we could have hoped for but this is very much in the balance. Somerset have already won at our place and I would consider them slight favourites but is really difficult to call. Need to Kauko to eat a burger en route! Gazc
Need to Kauko to eat a burger en route! Coming in so late in the season then breaking his collar bone has probably put paid to seeing the real Kauko but i have a suspicion he will be wanting to give us a big performance on Sunday.

Rebel Warrior
Nothing taken from Glasgow, but the Ref was clearly in favour of Glasgow tonight it was unbelievable. Pulls Searjant back in heat 2, then lets him get away with twitter more more (which were more clear to see). Then pulls Wright back for the same thing. It was so hypothetical. Then again we all know the BSPA wants an all scottish final. I'm not bitter because Glasgow deserved that score anyway. It didn't look like Summers was clipped but, so anyone with a clear view would be appreciated.

Paulco
The tie is very much alive . We might have lost to Somerset in the league match at Glasgow , but we were well ahead at one stage and Nick Morris' fall when leading seem to change the course of the meeting that day . Obviously they are stronger with Andersen at reserve , but you just never know . I'll keep believing

Paulco
Terrific result gives us a chance on sunday well done lads. I cannae wait till Sunday now Anderson? Rasmus Jensen doesn't do Glasgow on a Sunday , so they have Jonas B Andersen as a guest at reserve .

TheScotsman
Super result for Tiggers - well done. Long way to go before the tie is settled though. Kurtz minor off the boil or all down to bike problems?
damosuzuki
As said, tie is open going into Sunday - I'd have taken the score before the meeting. Only seen updates - what was up with Kauko? He had quite a nasty fall last Sunday.... looked again like collarbone region so maybe he's not 100%
DavyH
Paulco happy on a friday? Makes a change! Good luck to both teams to earn runners up in the Pl play offs
EnglishRoundabout
A pulsating meeting which had a touch of everything. Raced under a clear sky with the Autumn deu present by 7pm....a reminder that winter is almost upon us! An engine failure for the pick up truck delayed the parade and prevented the Rebels showing off the knockout cup to their fans, then bike problems for Kurtz and then Jensen in early heats. Glasgow were up for the challenge with Lawson, Summers and Morris looking in combative moods. Starke continued his terrific form of late and Wright was his usual courage and daring self, scraping the boards on occasions. Nick Morris snatched a vital third place from Kurtz on the line before crashing into the fence after his throttle stuck open. His bike then spectacularly caught fire! Jensen was controversially excluded for touching Summers as both went for the same piece of inside track going into bend one on the final lap. Referee Watters suffered the wrath of Rebels fans, (not for the first time as their frustrations were aired with the Sargent starting technique once again coming into question). 6 points makes a very exciting second leg in prospect with two very evenly matched teams. Good to see Doyley at the OTA, and in addition, an honest emotional George Ward thanking supporters for their generous donations to his stricken son.
